Desirable one bedroom apartment situated on the first floor overlooking the pool and garden to the beach beyond. The accommodation is furnished with 2 single beds in the bedroom and facilities to sleep another 2 guests on a comfortable sofa bed in the lounge. The kitchen is fitted and equipped with an electric ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, toaster kettle etc. The en-suite bathroom has a walk in shower cubicle, toilet, and basin. The bright and sunny lounge is furnished with a dining table and chairs, reclining arm chair, sofa, TV etc. We offer WiFi Internet & Cable TV providing TV in many languages (charge applies). Spanish TV is included in the rate. The lounge and bedroom are air-conditioned and heated. Both have direct access to the balcony. Enjoy superb views of the pool, garden and the sea from the balcony - a perfect place for al fresco meals or enjoying a book. The balcony is fitted with sun awnings as being south west facing it enjoys sun from 10am until at least 6pm. Concierge and entry phone. Lifts and wheelchair access. The main entrance gate leads onto the Paseo Maritimo an 8 Km promenade perfect for early morning exercise or a gentle stroll to the harbour and main town. All facilities are within easy walking distance, newsagent's, shops, bars, restaurants, internet cafes, bakers etc just minutes away. 3 day car or bicycle hire available locally for those who wish to explore a little but with all you require so close a car is not necessary. Buses and taxis available nearby and Los Boliches train station is a 5 minute walk away making transfer from the airport quick and economical. The whole area of Los Boliches, Fuengirola is flat making it suitable for cycling, gentle walks or jogging whilst the beach has FREE exercise equipment. The mountains make a spectacular backdrop behind the town too. The apartment is maintained in top condition to provide a trouble free stay.

WELCOME to all potential visitors - we have recently upgraded the apartment to offer our guests even better value for money than before. The apartment is bright fresh and cheerful. We have added equipment on both the interior and the exterior. We have a large flat screen TV, Wi-Fi connection and air-conditioning in both the bedroom and the lounge area. We have added many small touches too all with your comfort in mind. The only area not touched was the fabulous location - we didn't think it could be improved in any way as it is already PERFECT. The apartment is located in the Spanish quarter of Los Boliches, Fuengirola with many little shops and restaurants of all types to explore. They say there are 3,000 restaurants in Fuengirola. Many of these are set in typical Spanish fishermen's back streets. Although a quiet area, night life is readily available only a short walk away. There are 8 kilometres of sandy beaches with a broad, level, tree lined promenade. A cycle path is also included. In nearby Fuengirola there is a zoo, which is popular with young and not so young alike. English theatre, Aqua theme park, hypermarkets with cinemas, castle and shopping mall. A flourishing marina offers day trips by boat along the coastline or fishing trips and Dolphin watching if you prefer. The nearest golf course is Mijas. Nearby towns are Belamadena, Torremolinos and Malaga which are easy to visit using the train or and Marbella and Puerto Banus for designer shopping by taking the bus.

tired apartment

The location of this apartment is brilliant, easy access to shops, beaches and restaurants. The pool within the complex was very clean and the security in/out was comforting.

Unfortunately the apartment itself was very disappointing. It states it sleeps four (1 bedroom and one bed settee), at best this apartment is big enough for two persons. We were three adults and eventually booked another apartment because the settee was so uncomfortable and the Z bed given wasn't much better.

Whoever owns this apartment needs to seriously invest in it, the crockery was mismatched and chipped, the cutlery was few and far between and the cleanliness was ok. The views from the pictures are accurate but everything else is good photography.

The management team were very attentive and helpful, but to be honest there was nothing they could do (beside move us) that would have made up for the poor standard of accommodation.

I have traveled to this area of Spain for over 10 years, I use Home Away often and this is the worst experience of accommodation I have had - ever!

As a hotelier, I know reviews can be damaging but I also know feedback is important - I really do not want anyone else to be disappointed like us, hopefully this review will be listened to and some money invested into the apartment to bring it to a reasonable (if not good) standard.

It should be noted we ended up booking another apartment in the same block with through Royal Rental who were over and beyond helpful and professional and the apartment was simply amazing.

Owner's Response: We are very disappointed to receive just one star. The review mentions many good points and deserves more than one star. You mentioned * Great location, easy access to shops beaches and restaurants. * Very clean pool. * Good security. * Management attentive. It leaves your negative comments relating to Size of the apartment, Comfort of sofa bed and Condition of crockery. These 3 buxom ladies wanted budget accommodation even asking for discount on an already favourable rate. The description and photographs of the apartment are accurate. I took the photographs myself with a camera bought on the high street - no photo shop or touch up! The m2 area of the apartment is shown on the ad. Yes it is a small apartment but it does provide all you require for a great holiday. The crockery is a fair point and has been dealt with. The mattresses on the beds and the sofa bed where both new in 2015 and until now our guests have been happy. We often accommodate 4 guests. By their nature sofa beds need to fold hence the mattresses can only be a certain thickness. This property is perfect base for enjoying all we have to offer in Los Boliches and Fuengirola. As a hotelier you will be well aware of the difference between high end hotels with rates to match or budget hotels which offer all you require with good clean accommodation but with less luxury and frills. As far as we know you did not stay elsewhere during your stay. To all future guests, please read through some of the other reviews before you decide. I wouldn’t want you to miss the opportunity of great accommodation for the sake of one bitter review.

Good value apartment for the price

Really enjoyed our stay, nice clean apartment, could do with a safety sticker on balcony door to make it clear when closed, other than that,the apartme t was well equiped, love the beautiful pool area, lot's of lovely restaurants nearby and 2minutes from the wonderful beach, would definitely stay here again and recommend to a friend.

March stay

The Property Management team (Jackie and staff) are excellent to respond to issues in the apartment and to welcome us. The actual apartment we rented is outdated in terms of furnishings in living room and in kitchen. The bathroom has been nicely updated. The view off the balcony is great, as is the apartment complex and pool. Just would not stay in this particular unit again.

The area is wonderful for walking and restaurants with all sorts of price ranges and menu selections. We did enjoy our stay in Les Boliches, Fuengirola.

Great little gem

Great apartment with all you need just minutes walk away from the centre of Los boliches. Lovely restaurants steps away from the apartment. Place was spotless and well equipped and peaceful at night. Really friendly place and service from Jackie was 5 star. This property or any other in jackies portfolio would be my first call when visiting the area again.

The apartment was beyond our expectations. super!!

We have been very satisfied with both the property and the surrounding area. The pool was beautiful,the garden was quiet and relaxing and it was only a few minutes away from the beach. If we return to fuengirola we would definitely consider renting this apartment again.

Beachfront Apartment : Los Boliches

We recently returned from the Beachfront Apartment at Los Boliches. We have stayed at these apartments several times before. The apartment is managed by Jackie and the standard of accommodation is excellent, the apartments are very clean and well maintained and contain everything needed for your stay.

The views from the apartment are great overlooking the swimming pool and the gardens and beyond to the sea.

The Customer service provided by Jackie is first class from the initial enquiry and booking until the end of your stay and she is always helpful and available to assist if required.

We find the area of Los Boliches to be perfect for us as it is a little quieter than the nearby resort of Fuengirola and has excellent amenities. The restaurants are very close to the apartments and they are friendly and family run and offer all types of food.

The beaches at Los Boliches are,in our opinion, probably the best on the Costa del Sol and the beach is literally a 1 minute walk across the road from the apartments.

We have recommended these apartments to friends who have also stayed there and they have thoroughly enjoyed their holiday.

We take the excellent train service from Malaga Airport direct to Los Boliches which takes about 15 minutes and costs about Euro 3 and the apartments are about a 5 minute walk from the train station.

We have found our ideal location at these apartments at Los Boliches and we are looking forward to returning.
