Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2023): Everyone occupying the rental must be at least 21 years of age or older. Anyone under the age of 21 will not be permitted. Identification of Each Guest must be presented at check-in. Any guest who is not 21 or older will not be permitted to occupy the home and will not be eligible for a refund. This rule does not apply to family groups or otherwise approved by an SPI Rentals employee.

This one bedroom, one bathroom condo is located on the beach. Fully furnished with basic cookware and utensils. The master bedroom room has a comfortable queen bed as well as a bunk bed with two twins. This South Padre Island beachfront one bedroom condo also has
wifi and cable television. There is a community pool and hot tub. Enjoy beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony.

Exceptional Place and Service

We stayed in an SPI Condo for two weeks and enjoyed it greatly. Well stocked with everyday supplies and appliances. Exceptional customer service and maintenance. We highly recommend.

Nice and as described

Very cozy! Room is exactly as described. The view was amazing and easy access to the beach. I love that the home was updated with an easily accessible shower. Very quiet too.

Perfect for one person who isn't interested in cooking meals. Kitchen has no counter space but is adequately stocked. Enjoyed the balcony immensely. Would book again.
