Modern design apartment, minimalist with all comforts and breakfast included. It is 10 minutes from Gran Canaria airport.

You will love my place because of its three comfortable rooms, the spacious living room, the kitchen, the varied breakfast, whirlpool bathtub, indoor garage, natural light with sea breeze, neighborhood, beaches and outdoor areas. All that deserves a traveler who wants to relax on our island and enjoy the wonderful weather we have. My accommodation is perfect for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families (with children), large groups, and pets.

We offer optional service of transfers to / from your airport, much more comfortable, personalized and economic. We also have vehicles exclusively for our guests, who can rent at a very economic price. We have other services that can enjoy such as: diving, kayak fishing, climbing, hiking (for these services comment in advance)

We would welcome the floor with our guests to show them the floor and all their surfaces.

The floor is warm by the floating rate and its decorative stone on the walls of the whole house.

The flat consists of three bedrooms: The master with double bed and a large dressing room (sea view). The second bedroom has twin beds and a large closet with more than enough appliances (sea view). The third and last bedroom with single bed, sofa bed and an aquarium (overlooking the street).

The kitchen is very spacious and is fully equipped with fridge, oven, integrated microwave, dishwasher, hob, all cooking utensils, coffee makers, toaster, blender and utensils. The said, fully equipped. In the kitchen you will find a great variety of products that will not be lacking in your stay. We are referring to the breakfast that we offer or the one that you like more (we can comment your preferences). You will find variety of fruit, honey, jam, quince, sausage, eggs, cereals, cookies, coffees, bread, milk, water, cocoa, butter, nocilla, biscotes, saccharin, sugar, salt, spices, gofio .... and more .

The bathroom is very spacious with whirlpool bath and relaxing light, for those moments of relaxation is ideal with a soothing music sound, designer mirror and a duo sink, with hairdryer, towels, shower gel, toilet paper.

The living room has a large comfortable sofa bed with adjustable head and arched, living room furniture containing cups inside, flat HD TV with pay channels and wifi (fiber).

It has access to the roof terrace with views to the sea and the room of the washing machine and pool.

You can also park your car in an indoor garage safely.

We provide sheets, duvets, pillows, irons, ironing boards ....

Pets are allowed (as long as they do not need the floor as it is wood). At 10 meters there is a large space for our furry friends to make their needs and their exercises.

Places of interest: the beach, family activities, incredible views, restaurants and food, and nightlife

Around us you will find just a few meters from shopping centers, points of buses, pharmacies, outpatients ....

Beaches not one but more than 5 to its surroundings, each one better, spaces of terraces, restaurants very close and we will recommend you everything you need to know.
