HIGH QUALITY AND GREAT LOCATION. Magnificent DOWNTOWN APARTMENT of 157m2 divided into two floors. 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Perfect for 6 PEOPLE.

The apartment is directly connected by a large window of 5x4m. to one of the great attractions of this accommodation, the large TERRACE with POOL, which is only shared with 3 other apartments on the property. South facing, this large patio of 200m2, is sunny and very quiet, and has a 6x4m pool. and with the right furniture for the relaxation of the guests.

The American KITCHEN open to the terrace and also to the living room, is fully equipped and has utensils of all kinds and small appliances (coffee maker, water heater, toaster, blender, juicer and iron) and also large appliances (washing machine, dishwasher , induction plate, oven, microwave and electric thermos of 150 liters). In addition to having detergent capsules for the washing machine and for the dishwasher, we offer our customers a small reception of olive oil, vinegar, salt, sugar and various teas.

Integrated into the kitchen is a large island, perfect for breakfast and light meals, and the DINING ROOM, with a large wooden table and chairs for 6 people. Next to it is the SALON, very spacious and bright, which has 2 large sofas made by hand, a good sized flat TV and many decorative objects that create a very cozy atmosphere.

The apartment has 3 BEDROOMS, each of them with 2 individual BEDS together.

The apartment also has 2 COMPLETE BATHROOMS, with elegant finishes, very well lit and fully equipped: large shower tray with glass partition, double countertops, washbasin, bidet and W.C. They also have a hair dryer and a set of white cotton towels per person, as well as hand soap, body wash, shampoo, toilet paper and cream and make-up remover cottons. (We recommend the use of make-up remover for a better conservation of towels)

A delightful stay

We are two couples that travel together every year and always look for accommodations that are equal. This lovely condo has three fabulous rooms (one is a loft, a little less privacy) with two bathrooms. The condo is as it appears in pictures, has a lovely pool (which we never found the time to use) and all the comforts of home. very secure, in a nice area where you can walk to many delightful restaurants. It is off the beaten track a little, about 15 minutes walk to all that Seville has to offer. Cabs/taxi's are very inexpensive. Please note, parking is a huge issue, if you rent a car (like we did for day trips), do not get an oversized car or SUV and plan on paying for parking in a garage ($20/day). Street parking is scarce and parking garages are very small (tight spaces) and fill up quickly. I highly recommend this condo. Check in/out were easy and Stefan was a pure delight to work with. He answered many questions about things to do, places to go and things to see!

From the apartment it is possible to ACCOMMODATE all areas of major tourist interest. Taking a pleasant walk in the pedestrian areas of the city, in 8 minutes you can reach in the km0 of Seville (La Campana), and in a few minutes more to such emblematic monuments as the GIRALDA, CATHEDRAL, Reales Alcázares, Archivo de Indies, the Torre del Oro or the wonderful neighborhood of Santa Cruz. Also on foot you can reach the popular district of TRIANA (famous for FLAMENCO and traditional cuisine) located on the other side of the River GUADALQUIVIR and whose river ride is essential and great beauty.
