This duplex was completed in May 2015. This unit is beautifully furnished with three bedrooms, two with a queen bed and one with a king, a pull out queen sofa sleeper in the family room and two full bathrooms. There are two flatscreen televisions, satellite TV, DVD, Wii, and plenty of board games to keep your family busy. The kitchen is stocked with oil, flour, sugar, spices and everything you will need to cook gourmet meals. We are located close to shopping, restaurants, trails, lakes, minutes from the downtown area and world famous hot springs, and about 30 minutes to Wolf Creek ski and snowboard area.
Play in the acres of forest in the San Juan Mountains close by or enjoy on the back patio. Enjoy the hot tub on the back patio. Relax in the chairs located all around the property. Play catch or tag in the big back yard or grill out and enjoy dinner around the patio table.
Receive a $50 gas card for your first time 3-night stay or longer.
Receive a $25 gas card for your first time 2-night stay.
Owners are located close by and available to answer any questions, direct you to great spots, or recommend local specialties. One unit is perfect for a family up to 8, or rent both sides for a large group or family reunion VRBO#670083, or if your group is even bigger we have another one bath unit for rent right next door VRBO#599032. If you don't see the dates you need give me a call or email for options. Please remember all of our units are non-smoking and pets are not allowed in any of our units. We require a four night stay over major holidays.!

Pagosa Springs Gem

This duplex in Pagosa Springs was great! Our group was 2 couples, but you can comfortably fit 6 people. We cooked all of our breakfasts and dinners at the condo and the kitchen had everything we needed.Check-in/out was a breeze and communication with the owners was good. The hot tub on the back patio was wonderful after a long day of skiing at Wolf Creek. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay!

This was a great place to stay! We had 8 people (6 adults and 2 toddlers) and there was plenty of room. Easy communication with the owner and everything was well taken care of.

We moved our family to Pagosa Springs from the front range (eastern slope) of Colorado in 2004 after spending most vacations in Pagosa Springs. We always knew we would eventually move to Pagosa and were so glad when the dream came true. Tor is a retired home builder and began a vocational building trades program at the high school. April has worked for the Town of Pagosa Springs since 2008 as the Town Clerk.

Why they chose this property

Pagosa Springs is a very unique hidden gem. The world famous hot springs have healing powers, the fresh, clean air, and the spectacular majestic mountains make Pagosa a great place to getaway. Tor and April designed and built this two unit townhome in 2015. You can rent just one unit for a family of 8 or rent both sides and bring the extended family and friends.
