About the property

Flat in Urbanization Monsacro in Santa Eulalia de Morcín, 65 square meters, renovated, exterior and very bright. In a quiet area, next to the municipal swimming pools and with all services. Excellent for families and groups of friends who like the mountains or the sea and want to spend a few days of tranquility. 10 minutes from Oviedo and 30 from Gijón. We speak Spanish, English and Dutch. You are all welcome.

It has a kitchen with all necessary utensils and a senseo coffee machine. We leave you coffee for a few days. Washing machine. Bath towels and sheets. Hair dryer.

You are in a village in a residential area with cafes and all services. Ideal for walking in the mountains; at the foot of the Angliru and the Monsacro. If you feel like going to the beach, it will take you less than 30 minutes to get to Gijón. For cultural visits and go for drinks in Oviedo, it takes exactly 10 minutes to be in the center.

Municipal swimming pools in front with a ricicule fee for entry (last year was 1 EUR for the whole day). Playground. Recreational area with barbecues five minutes walking. Coffee shops. Bakery next to the portal. Supermarket. Pharmacy. Health Center that includes two days a week pediatrics.

There are buses that go to Mieres and Oviedo, although the best way to get around is by private car. You will never have parking problems, parking in the street is simple and safe.

We prefer that you do not smoke in the apartment or bring pets, but we can talk about it, and if you are responsible and comply with the agreement, you will be equally welcome.
