There is one double bedroom and 3 twin bedrooms, which can be made into doubles on request. All bedrooms have spacious built in closets and the master bedroom is en-suite.
All 3 bathrooms have impeccable marble finish and completed in neutral tones. The living room features an open fireplace, white leather sofa, coffee table and dining table as well as plasma TV, DVD player and stereo. The apartment has Wifi internet throughout and washing machine, dryer and dishwasher included in the facilities.
If you prefer to dine out, just step out onto the private terrace equipped with dining table and chairs to enjoy an afternoon or evening with your family or friends. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay and all appliances are new.
Also accessible from the penthouse is another separate roof terrace on the 17thfloor with amazing sea and city views.
The apartment is situated in an exclusive complex with 2 swimming pools (including one children´s shallow pool) with changing area, children´s playground and 24 hour security.
The area is perfect for those seeking a relaxed Mediterranean break with the beach just on the doorstep and the Gothic quarter of the city just a few stops away by direct metro line. The metro station Selva de Mar is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The area has everything you need for your stay including large shopping center Diagonal Mar with all major high street retailers, a large hypermarket and communal parks and gardens. Nearby is the Port Olimpic district with the marina, the casino and much of Barcelona´s nightlife.

We will always attempt to accommodate early arrivals and late departures, but this will depend on previous/following bookings and have additional costs that vary depending on arrival time.
Check-ins between 9 p.m. and 11:45 p.m. have an extra charge of 30€, between 11:45 p.m. and 1:30 a.m. it will be 60€ and after 1:30 a.m. is only upon prior confirmation and extra charge (TO BE CONFIRMED).

Clients are committed to act with the utmost courtesy and respect towards neighbors and other apartment building residents. Loud noise and general acts of disrespect will not be tolerated. Parties of any nature are strictly prohibited. The non-fulfillment of any of these norms can cause the immediate expulsion of the clients from the flat without reimbursement and without the right to claim any type of compensation. The client is expected to leave the apartment in reasonable conditions for cleaning, in the same way the apartment was found on the arrival day. If any of these conditions are not satisfied, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee.
The Tourist Tax must be paid upon arrival, it's mandatory for all guests and it's of 2.48€ x adult (older tan 16 years old) x night. This cost is only applicable to the first 7 nights.
The apartment boasts electric scooters.
Public parking available on request for 17.50€ per night.
