Enjoy all of the comforts of home in this amazing apartment located in the heart of the city and just a few steps away from the main tourist attractions of Barcelona.

The apartment boasts three double bedrooms with two individual beds each, two complete bathrooms with shower, a dinning / living room and fully equipped kitchen. In the open living / dinning room guests can enjoy a comfortable sofa- bed, an elegant table with chairs and plasma TV. Moreover, among other facilities you will find air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi connection, safe box, microwave and fridge. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided for each guest.

Recently renovated, in 2017, and with design furniture this comfortable apartment gives a very modern and fresh touch to the apartment. To relax and unwind, sun loungers are offered on the rooftop. Some of the apartments are adapted for people with reduced mobility.

The apartment is located in one of the most emblematic neighborhoods of Barcelona, just a hop, skip and jump away from city's world famous museum MACBA and Boqueria market. Plaza Catalunya and the famous Las Ramblas are accessible in 10 minutes walk from the apartment. The neighborhood is full of life, shops and restaurants. Public transport is just a few steps from the apartment; underground stations Universitat (Line 1) and Sant Antoni (Line 2) are 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

If you want to discover everything Barcelona's center has to show you, this apartment will be an excellent choice for your holidays in this beautiful city.

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:

Check in after 15:00.

Check out before 11:00.

We will always attempt to accommodate early arrivals and late departures, but this will depend on previous/following bookings and have additional costs that vary depending on arrival time.

Check-ins between 9 p.m. and 11:45 p.m. have an extra charge of 30€, between 11:45 p.m. and 1:30 a.m. it will be 60€ and after 1:30 a.m. is only upon prior confirmation and extra charge (TO BE CONFIRMED).

Please give us a call 30 minutes before you get to the apartment at +34607738235. There is no physical reception at the apartment, so it is important to call us in advance to ensure a smooth and quick check-in process.

HOUSE RULES:

Clients are committed to act with the utmost courtesy and respect towards neighbors and other apartment building residents. Loud noise and general acts of disrespect will not be tolerated. Parties of any nature are strictly prohibited (a penalty of 3.000€ applies). The non-fulfillment of any of these norms can cause the immediate expulsion of the clients from the flat without reimbursement and without the right to claim any type of compensation. The client is expected to leave the apartment in reasonable conditions for cleaning, in the same way the apartment was found on the arrival day. If any of these conditions are not satisfied, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee.

The Tourist Tax must be paid upon arrival, it's mandatory for all guests and it's of 2.48€ x adult (older tan 16 years old) x night. This cost is only applicable to the first 7 nights.

Parking available on request for 27.50€ per night.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Only families and groups of people 30 years old are accepted.

Great appartment but can be loud

We traveled with 2 boys (14 and 12). The apartment was great, location was great as we could walk everywhere. Very clean when we came in although we only got the apartment at 4PM and not 3PM like it was planned. However, they were very accommodating with our luggage and let us do the check-in even if they were not done cleaning.

There was a big party 2 out of the 5 nights we were there. We had called about the party that lasted until 5-6AM but not much was done as the party continued 2 nights later. When I tried to call the 24/7 number, they answered and put me on hold for 20 mins until I hung up. The check-in rules clearly mentioned no party in the apartments.

Overall it was a great apartment and great location. The communication with Rent Top was also great until we had to deal with the parties.
