Upstairs there is an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with door to balcony. On-site facilities include indoor and outdoor pools (May-Sept) shop, bar and restaurant. There is off road parking for one car. From the top of Kit Hill there are amazing views across south-east Cornwall as far as Plymouth Sound.
