This modern annex is situated in the village of Lanner, just outside the town of Redruth and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
Garden View sits within a countryside setting on the outskirts of Lanner where there are three pubs, a general store and bakery and is less than 10 miles from Falmouth resort and coast. The annex sleeps four guests in two bedrooms, one on a mezzanine level and has a bathroom with bath and shower over. The living area is open plan with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. There is a patio with furniture, great for outside dining, this overlooks the large shared garden, which has a barrel sauna, plus there is off road parking for two cars. Within a short drive of Falmouth resort, Portreath with its beautiful beach and coastline, Perranporth, Newquay surf and Truro, Garden View makes an excellent base to visit all the best parts of Cornwall.

There is a selection of shops, pubs and eateries, and the town holds a variety of continental markets throughout the year. Attractions close to Redruth include the Carn Brea Trail, The Great Flat Load, which is fantastic for cyclist and dog walkers alike, Tolgus Tin Stream Works, and the Tehidy Country Park. The beach at Portreath is a 10 minute drive, or 2.5 miles from Redruth.
