Sleeping four people with a King-size double and super-king zip/link double, there is a separate walk in wet room with wheelchair access. A light and airy open plan living room has a modern kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire. Patio doors lead out on to a sunny enclosed patio. There are communal woodlands, picnic areas and ponds to roam. Brook cottage is a comfortable dog friendly base for families or couples to explore the North Devon countryside and coastline.
