The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has two queen beds. Amenities include indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, splash pad, fitness room, lighted tennis courts, basket ball and racquetball courts, grills, meeting room, and free wifi. We had a good stay at Phoenix East. The property is a bit older than expected (noticed especially in the indoor pool area and condo bathrooms) but it was still a nice stay! You cannot beat the beach and that view from the balcony!

Great condo

This is a great property. My adult daughter and I really enjoyed it. Kitchen has plenty of dishes and pans. You will need to bring any seasonings you want if you intend to cook. Beds and other furniture are adequate. The views are amazing, short walk to the beach. We did not use the outdoor pool but the indoor pool and hot tubs were nice. Will definitely rent again.

Late Fall Break

Everything was just as promised!! The place was clean and the property is well maintained. Didn’t have any problems and the owner responded very quick to the one question that I did have. Orange Beach is a great place to stay this time of year.

Perfect beach stay!

This was such a great stay for us! The location is great. We usually stay at a different Phoenix condo, but this was our first time staying at Phoenix East. The outdoor and indoor pools were great. The condo was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family of 5. Lisa also left a goodie basket for us and it was such a sweet surprise!! We really enjoyed our stay!!

After falling in love with the gorgeous beach and family friendly community they decided to purchase a second home here at Phoenix East in 2011. The Family began enjoying not only vacationing but spending holidays here as well and have recently completely redecorated the condo. Hope you enjoy our condo as much as we do and enjoy your stay!

Why they chose this property

Orange Beach is a small family friendly town with gorgeous beaches and fabulous golfing and fishing. Our family has enjoyed this area for many years so much so we bought a second home. Our condo is very well maintained and the location is close to everything... Hope you will enjoy your stay!

What makes this property unique

The condo is located on a very large beach near the pass. One of our favorite activities is watching the boat traffic from our balcony. It is located across the street from San Roc Cay which offers restaurants, shopping, spas, and charter boating/fishing. Just a short walk to Zeke's Landing, Spas, Seafood Market, Donuts Shop as well as many restaurants. One of the newest additions to the beach is The Gulf outdoor restaurant. It is located by the pass which is walking distance from the condo and a great place to spend the afternoon or evening watching the boat traffic and sunset. The condo is located two doors from the Perdido Beach Resort should your travel be connected with a business conference. The property offers many amenities such as indoor/outdoor pools, splash pad, tennis/basketball/racquetball courts, fitness room, sauna, grills, meeting room and wifi. Beach service is also available if needed to include chair/umbrella rentals. All to make your beach getaway perfect!
