Imperial wharf is situated between the fashionable neighborhoods of Chelsea & Fulham. It is one of the capital’s most desirable locations, find world class retail therapy at nearby Kings Rd, Harrods, Harvey Nichols and Sloane St. Also nearby are royal albert hall, earls ct exhibition hall, Wembley Stadium, Wimbledon tennis, Chelsea fc & Fulham fc. Visit one Imperial wharf 4 restaurants Indian, Chinese, Thai & exotic seafood plus the waterside bar. This new apartment has its own private entrance, video entry phone, 24hr security & concierge. The apartment has an open plan kitchen with granite tops & top quality appliances. The lounge has mood lighting control, 42in flat TV & 2 comfy sofas. The main bathroom has bath/shower the en-suite has a jet shower. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes the master bedroom has a double bed; the second bedroom has 2 single beds. The smart terrace provides seating area for up to 6.

THE BEST HOLIDAY !!

The apartment was modern, comfortable,clean,safe and exquisitly decorated.Top of the line!!

We were met on time by the friendly housekeeper,and were able to make tea and coffee, even eggs for breakfast in fridge!

The location is perfect,buses ran frequently to all areas and West End,loved the river walk.Lots Rd dinning pub and Indian in complex,excellent food..Great supermarket and gym within walking distance..Kings Rd the best shopping too!

We would definately like to return and recommend to friends.Thanks! Angela and Bill

First Rate Accommodations!!!!

The accommodations were wonderful - exactly as stated. Richard was so helpful and made sure to call me to arrange things before arrival. Opt to have Martin get you from the airport if possible - such a pleasure to have him tell you about London, and it is a great value to get a ride from him! The apartment is less than a five minute walk to an overground station, which is extremely convenient. And a very nice grocery store is about 2-3 minutes via walking. We would definitely stay here again! It is a great value! I highly recommend this listing!

Perfect location!

The location was excellent. The property was within 5 minutes of the Tube, with easy access to downtown London and Heathrow airport. There are also lots of shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. A few touch up to the apartment and it would definitely compete with a 5 star hotel.

London Calling

This proved to be a great location. The photos are just as we found the flat, clean, modern and decorated nicely. Richard was very helpful and answered all of our questions and hired a driver(Peter) for us. Peter was waiting at the airport and gave us a lovely tour of all the surounding areas. We used public transportation during the week. The bus and train are just a block away. The Tesco was just next door and the complex has a beautiful river walk with plenty of restaurants and a bakery. We purchased the London Pass and Oyster card and hit every landmark in London. The flat was extreamly safe with a two tier security system. We so enjoyed our trip from the comfy beds to the large soaking tub. Perfect Place to stay! We hope to go to London again and we would definiitely stay at Richard's Flat.

Great place to stay

Visited London with my wife and two daughters ages 20 and 22. We had a great week in London and part of it was due to the great place we stayed. We have only been home for two days and cannot help telling family and friends and really anyone we meet about Homeaway and Richard’s extraordinary place.

Finding a two bedroom apartment in London’s transit zone 2 for the price listed is an exceptional value. And having two separate beds in the 2’nd bedroom was perfect for my family. Everyone was able to rest comfortably in this very quiet and secure apartment. One of my daughters would have loved to bring home her bed’s comforter.

What you see in the pictures of the apartment is what you get, a beautiful place to stay with all the conveniences of home and then some. The bathrooms even have towel warmers. The place was clean and well maintained and Richard provided great customer service and was very accommodating. Richard made arrangements with the security office for us to be able to leave our bags there a few hours after check out while we enjoyed the area before leaving for the airport. We enjoyed a final walk along the Thames and lunch at a riverside restaurant.

Another amazing deal besides Richard’s apartment is London’s transit 7 day Oyster card. Oyster cards allow you to tap on and off London’s buses and above and below ground trains. When we arrived at Heathrow Airport we purchased 7 day oyster cards for zones 1 & 2 and added 10 pounds to each card for occasional travel outside zones 1 & 2. Using the Oyster cards we traveled to the apartment using below and above ground trains and arrived at Imperial Wharf Station which is only a couple of minutes walk to the apartment. After tapping out of the station turn right and you will be heading in the right direction for the apartment.

The combination of Richard’s apartment and the 7 day Oyster card made for a very affordable and enjoyable week stay in London. If we ever decide to revisit London, I hope we are lucky enough to be able to use Richard’s apartment again.

Spectacular Vacation!

I rented this flat with a girlfriend and her parents for a 2 week stay and I couldn't have been more pleased with the location and the overall comfort of the flat. While a bit more closet space would have been nice in the smaller bedroom for a stay that long, it certainly wasn't a problem that would keep me from staying here again. The flat was clean, comfortably furnished (although I agree with another renter who said to watch your head while sitting on the loveseat) and it was located in an area that felt completely safe, even for 2 women when out late at night. It is near great transportation options and walking distance to some good restaurants. The Tesco's nearby is super convenient and there is a Sainsbury's a bit farther away, still in walking distance. My only "complaint" would be that only one key was provided and our group often went in different directions each day so we had to keep leaving the key at the security office. Richard was great to work with and the transportation he arranged for us to/from the airport with Peter was incredibly convenient. I would HIGHLY recommend this flat to anyone in the market for this size property.
