The apartment was modern, comfortable,clean,safe and exquisitly decorated.Top of the line!!
We were met on time by the friendly housekeeper,and were able to make tea and coffee, even eggs for breakfast in fridge!
The location is perfect,buses ran frequently to all areas and West End,loved the river walk.Lots Rd dinning pub and Indian in complex,excellent food..Great supermarket and gym within walking distance..Kings Rd the best shopping too!

Nice flat for a family
We had a great stay in the Imperial Wharf flat. The unit worked well and was comfortable for our family of four (two adults, two kids). It was very clean and nicely furnished. Richard was very helpful and responded very quickly to any questions we had. The location is a bit outside of central London but in a fun area with restaurants and grocery stores close by. It is a pretty area along the Thames, which is fun. There are a couple of transportation options - the Overground is very close, and the Underground is a short walk away. Both were easy to use. We had a great time during our stay and the flat was great for us. Would definitely stay there again.
My friend and I decided to spend Christmas in London and had the good fortune to be able to rent the Fulham property. The unit was very nice, the building secure and the owner allowed us in early due to our travel circumstances. There are restaurants near, a market, hotels, shops and a close connection to an overground rail. We didn't feel we had enough time to explore the area so we definitely decided we needed another trip back and wouldn't hesitate to rent this property again.
Wonderful Property and London Trip
Staying in this property was perfect for my London trip. It was a beautiful 2 bedroom/2bathroom property. It had a wonderful kitchen and very comfortable den area. There is a local market a block away from the location. It was perfect for two people to stay in. The location was very secure and in a wonderful area. It was central to Fulham and easy to get around to visit all the sites in London. I would recommend this location and using VRBO was great to communicate with property management. The whole London trip and staying here was fantastic.
Imperial Wharf Condo
First, know that Imperial Wharf is a modern new development. It doesn't say "London"; it could be anywhere. It has a handful of restaurants and a convenience store, but no real neighborhood to walk around. It's a short walk to the overground station, which one must use to transfer to the tube system one stop away. The condo area has high security. The condo itself is clean but quite small for four people. It's hard to move around in the tiny bedrooms. The one with the ensuite bath has a difficult-to-use shower -- the shower head is rigged with plastic ties. The combination washer-dryer didn't dry. All in all, adequate, but left us wishing we'd done better.

In 10 years of renting no one has every complained about the size of the apartment
You can see the size of the apartment in the pictures, so you must have took it because the rate was very cheap much much cheaper than a hotel with 4 people in
The ensuite was damage by the people who just left and we did not have time to get it fixed for your stay so sorry about that
The washer dryer does work you must not have worked it properly
An Amazing Holiday
Firstly we would like to thank Richard for the use of his beautiful apartment. We had planned a trip to London for many years and it couldn't have gone much better. Richard's apartment is ideally situated. My husband and son found a gym conveniently located in the complex which they used each morning. We used our Oyster Cards to travel from Imperial Wharf Train Station into London each day for the three weeks we were there. Each day we would visit tourist attractions, museums, etc.. We loved it! On the short walk back to the apartment we'd call into Tescos and grab a few items for tea. Now we are home and missing all of it!!
Our trip to London was to be my second trip and my last. But before exiting Richard apartment for last time we promised each other we want exactly the same experience in two years time. Hopefully we will be able to stay at Richard's apartment again. Thanks again Richard and Sid for transporting us when we arrived. We throughly enjoyed every minute of it.
Other Activities: sightseeing, restarants, museums, art galleries, riverside walks.
