A traditional village house with a lush stone walled shaded patio with green marble splash pool, and large private sun terrace.

This two bedroomed house has been completely refurbished in the spring of 2017, and offers a bright lounge with access to the patio, fully fitted kitchen diner and a family bathroom.

Our home is decorated in a Spanish style, combining old and new furniture.

We tried to create an authentic Andalusian patio with many plants, and a home with all modern conveniences.

Perfectly located if you plan to travel to see the major towns of Andalucia. Thirty minutes from Malaga, and an hour from Granada, and an hour and a half from Sevilla.

Having just returned from a weeks holiday in this lovely Andalusian spanish town house so authentic but with a tasteful refurb. It has everything you need, the sun terrace is fantastic and so private,it has a great splash pool ideal for just chilling down in, in the evening the rear patio area can be lit up and the pool glows a lovely green adding to a great dining atmosphere quite romantic.The beds are really comfortable and again the rooms very spanish,the town it self is really nice and friendly with lots of little independent shops all very helpful even though no spanish is spoken, don't be put off its fun.I could go on and on ,we did not have an hire car on this occasion and just for the week we personally did'nt want one, but if you had one just for the airport runs alone it works out far cheaper than taxi transfers,and to add to that a sincere big thank you to Simon and Jeanette the lovely owners for all their help and advice and the organising of a taxi back to the airport all really beyond their call of duty. My wife and i really wished we had booked 2 weeks but god willing there's always a next time.Some cherished memories for sure, This to us was spain, not a week in Benidrm ! Go and Enjoy. Petit coin de paradis pour une détente absolue !

gezellig en rustgevend vakantiehuisje

Een mooi huisje: leuk ingericht, ruime badkamer met kwalitatieve en voldoende handdoeken en een wasmachine die goed werkt, een ruime keuken met voldoende én degelijk materiaal, een zalige jacuzzi. Gelegen in een rustig dorpje en op goed-te-overbruggen-afstand tussen de grotere steden (Cordoba, Granada,...). Kleine minpuntjes: er was geen airco op de slaapkamer (de ventilator geeft niet voldoende verkoeling) en in de kast op de slaapkamer zaten geen rekken om kleding op te leggen. Een aanrader voor vakantiegangers die niet graag in drukke, toeristische omgeving verblijven en opteren voor "genieten van rust en stilte"!

Ein sehr nette und gemütliche Wohnung mit einem wunderschönen Außenbereich

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, Küche mit allem ausgestattet was man zum Kochen braucht. Es ist leider keine richtige Kaffeemaschine da, sonder nur eine Kaffeekanne mit Sieb zum durchdrücken, aber ist auch keine Problem gewesen.

Das kleine Becken im Außenbereich ist wunderbar zum Abkühlen, schwimmen kann man nicht aber gemütlich sitzen. Für Kinder eine sicher sehr schönes Becken zum Planschen. Die Dachterrasse ist wunderbar zum Sonnen, leider fehlt ein Sonnenschirmständer.

Die Schlafzimmer sind etwas klein aber ausreichend. Leider ist nur ein Kleiderschrank vorhanden ohne Ablagefächer.

Mit Familie wird es etwas schwierig alle Kleider unterzubringen.

Das Haus ist zwischen vielen andern Häusern eingebaut und die Zufahrt geht über eine sehr enge Gasse. Vor dem Haus gibt es keinen Parkplatz, muss man auf der Hauptstraße suchen, ist aber nicht weit zu laufen, ca. 50 Meter. Ich habe immer einen Parkplatz bekommen.

Das Dorf ist sehr nett und überschaubar. Es gibt zwei kleinen Supermärkten in denen man wirklich alles bekommt. Es gibt auch Metzger- und Bäckerläden. Essen gehen kann man in verschiedenen Restaurants. Sind in der Hausbeschreibung mit Adresse aufgeführt.

Es gibt auch zwei Tankstellen am Ort.

Insgesamt hat uns das Haus und der Ort sehr gut gefallen und wir können es guten Gewissens, mit den kleinen Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen.

A quiet place to recover

The property is very nice and located in a quiet small town, which offers nevertheless many facilities. There are a few more picturesque small villages around the place and a national park for trekking, although a car would be required to explore most of the surroundings.

The house itself is very well equipped and cozy. Specially its terrace which allowed for sunbathing even in winter.

Getting to the place and identifying the property may be a bit tricky and requires clarification beforehand.
