About the property

3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, new barn conversion

The Barn is a new conversion which has a huge vaulted lounge with a large well equipped kitchen. Views from the lounge, which is on the first floor, reach across the village to the fields and hills beyond. The lounge has a TV with home cinema, Blu-ray/DVD player and Freeview.

Wifi is included.

The attractive kitchen is well equipped including a washer/dryer and dishwasher. Also on the first floor is a separate TV room (with DVD player).

On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, one en suite and a family bathroom. The bathrooms both have a bath and separate shower pod with power jets.

A highchair, travel cot and stair gates are provided.

Located at Newland Park Farm, the Barn is in a quiet rural location. The Farm is 10 minutes from Barnstaple and 15 minutes from several local beaches. There are a huge number of local activities and attractions in the local area, details of which can be found at www.NP-holidays.co.uk.

The Tarka Trail runs through the Farm, giving extensive walking and cycling routes. A bike store is available.

The local pub is a 5 minute walk away, with an extremely friendly atmosphere and great food.

Peace and quiet

Fabulous place to stay for peace and quiet. The barn is decorated to a very high standard and is very comfortable. I would stay again without hesitation.

Beautiful place

What a beautiful barn, it was spotlessly clean and comfortable.

Having a separate tv room was excellent idea - my little boy was able to play with his toys and watch his dvds whilst the adults had their own space

Everything you need for your holiday - just a shame the weather was not on our side - other wise we would have made use of the outside space and BBQ !

Why Kate Thatcher chose Barnstaple

The Farm is a few minutes from the A361 but set in it's own fields in a secluded spot. There are views across the village and to the hills beyond. The local pub is a short walk away, Barnstaple a few minutes drive and we are 15 minutes from local beaches.

What makes this barn unique

The barns are set in the fields surrounding the farm, with views and original beams and a vaulted ceiling in the lounge which gives a feeling of space in which to relax.
