'Epiphanie' is an air-conditioned villa and comfortably sleeps 6 people. It is tastefully furnished throughout with porcelain tiled floors and natural coloured soft furnishings ensuring a relaxing atmosphere. Patio doors in the living room and kitchen open onto ample terracing. There is a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The master bedroom, situated on the ground floor with doors leading to the terrace overlooking the pool, has an en suite luxury shower room with separate WC.

1st floor comprises 1 double bedroom overlooking 18 hole course. Luxury bathroom. 1 double bed in mezzanine area with built-in wardrobe space.

There is approx. 100 M2 of outdoor living space with flowering plants, sunny and shaded areas beside the pool. Seating for 12 people is available for dining outdoors. A gas BBQ. 6 sun loungers with cushions.

Garage has washing machine, drier, fridge.

All linen+ cleaning charges are included along with beach towels and picnic hamper.

The description didn't really do it justice. A most beautiful, fantastically equipped home. Anything you could imagine needing was there and all the most beautiful quality. Luxurious. Location as stated does require transport, being on the outskirts of the town. The property was pristine, immaculate, owing to this, personally I would not recommend it to families with young children. Customer service was second to none. Welcomed by the owners, and given advice as to restaurants, etc...

The nearest town, St maxime got very busy, especially in the first week of August and travelling to other towns ie. St Tropez involved very slow, hot car journeys. Thankfully the villa was SO relaxing and pleasurable that there was no real need to venture far. I would whole heartedly recommend it to adults looking for that bit of luxury.

Un villa tres belle, on avait tous ce qu'on voulait, et même plus... on a était tres bien accueilli par la propriétaire, pas loin du mer, le seul chagrin - c'est que nos vacances étaient courts.... la propreté et le maintenue de la maison sont parfaites, on remerci Eileene et l'agences!

'Epiphanie' is a well appointed villa with a delightful interior and private pool. It has been built in the Provençal architectural style. This privately owned villa is situated in the 'Semaphore' region of Sainte Maxime which is a highly sought after residential area. It is situated in an enclosed courtyard of five properties secured with electronic gates. It is less than a mile from the beautiful sandy beaches of La Nartelle and the 18 hole golf course of Sainte Maxime. The delightful town of Sainte Maxime enjoys a beautiful aspect in the Gulf of Saint Tropez with access to cafes, bars, restaurants and boutiques. Saint Tropez is just 10 minutes by ferry which run every 15 min from the Port of Sainte Maxime or 20 minutes by road. Local amenities include golfing, sailing, jet skiing, walking, aqua land, mini golf. Scuba diving for enthusiasts is well catered for in the Port of Sainte Maxime. Friday is market day in Sainte Maxime, Tuesday and Saturday are market days in Saint Tropez.
