This privately owned holiday apt is situated next to the marina in Benalmadena Costa, on the 10th floor of a block 50 m from the beach. There is no road to cross to get to the beach, a pathway from the garden leads directly to the promenade. It has a magnificent large swimming pool set in a lovely garden with many trees, with a balcony overlooking the beach and marina. There is a also a small children's pool and a play area. The apt has one bedroom with a double bed. The living room has a sofa bed which makes a double, and there is a fitted kitchen with microwave and full oven, and fully tiled bathroom. with washing machine. Two sets of bedlinen are supplied and two bath towels. The flat is ideal for two.

These two apartments are perfectly located near the beach, and shops and restaurants. Idea location for a holiday without a car. Also only 20 minutes from Malaga airport, so taxi transfers are low.

What makes this apartment unique

Both near the beach, marina, and all amenitires. The main advantage is close walking distance to absolutely everything. And a very good and cheap bus service to other parts of the coast and inland

Fantastic Location

Nice apartment with everything you need for a holiday. The gardens are lovely and well kept and the swimming pool looked beautiful and inviting but since it was November we did not try it out. The real star though was the location. Minutes from beach, bars and restaurants. Supermarket just across road and Lidl 5 minutes walk with Mercadona (my favorite) a little further along the straight road. Bus stop minutes away with the kiosk to buy tickets for Malaga, Marbella, etc. Would recommend.

Just got back and booked again....brill!

My wife and I have now been too Diane 11 apartments I think around six times and as usual never disappointed. Spotless on every visit, the great view from the veranda is now imprinted in my brain but still evokes a great feeling. Cornflakes, jim-jams and watch the swallows doing there aerobatics..what a breakfast time.

Free WiFi, English TV, everything down to bobbins of cotton, just a great chilllax holiday guaranteed.

Three lifts so no waiting, great pool area and kept spotless, grass cut, no litter, total pride of the apartment block.

Want a coach trip to Ronda, Granada, Gibraltar, Cordoba and others, then just turn left at the entry/ exit, 5 metres and you can make your booking along with a great money exchange facility. I can vouch for the company as we have now done five trips and the last one was Ronda. Tour guide and great info on all the spots of interest 10/10.

If you pay by card it is best to pay in Euros, seems to be the best value.

The Supermarkets shut on Sunday, well they did in May and October but there is a mini market within 5 mtrs but pricey, ideal for the urgent bits though.

The Supermarket in the Marina is also a bit pricey but open on Sunday, about 500 yds away just down the road as are all the boats, restaurants and the promenades. Left takes you a a nice easy walk to Torremolinos, Absolutely loads of fantastic beach side restaurants, shops, old quarter with marble tiles by the acre..beautiful.

Turn right at the marina and walk along the prom past more restaurants with Los Brisos as one of the best, family run and always a fantastic welcome, free wine, more importantly very reasonable in price.

The Steakhouse just above on the main road is also a highly recommended restaurant.

After any meals out we always call in a one of the many hotels for free shows, they do not mind but you should buy a drink to be courteous

We can also recommend the Metro restaurant in the Marina.

Things to do in the day, visit Mijas on Wednesday or Saturday to see the flamenco shows and small craft market then eat at the Lemon Tree in the square, visit the 1e museum, fascinating on the past life in the village. Some beautiful walks around this mountain village.

A day out in Arroyo, Friday is market day, you can walk there, uphill all the way but you can rest on the way at Benalmadena's park with a big lake with fountains, terrapins, rabbits, hens, chickens all running free along with beautiful flowers and trees.

Excellent Apartment

I would recommend this apartment to anyone, as it was immculate and very well kept. The views were amazing and the pool was very inviting after a long day on the beach. Had no problems at all with the booing process, and the owner is very helpful and quick to repsond. Have already recommend this apartment to friends, and will be booking again for our next trip.

What a great apartment and location...10/10

Just returned from my 11 day stay at Diana 2 apartment..

If you require a clean, comfortable, home from home apartment.

If you want all home comforts...down to cotton and needles..

If you want english TV

If you want a short walk to the Marina, Restaurants, Supermarket and Bus stops.

This is the very place that ticks all the boxes....

Add a large veranda which is accessed from the Bedroom and Living Room with fantastic views to the Marina which can also be seen when sitting on the settee..

Cooker, Washing Machine, Iron, Hair Drier, Microwave Oven, Toaster, Fridge.....Loads of Hot water..

Spotless accommodation.......

With a Bus Card available for the very local Tobacco Shop put 10 Euros charge on it and travel to all the local towns, Malaga for only 1.05 Euros....what value is that...

Just 3 mins to the fantastic promenade where you can pick your choice of literally tens of restaurants,

Walk to Torremolinos at an easy leisurely pace past shops restaurants and more.

We went on a boat trip from the marina and used the boat ferry to Fuengirola, an hour trip and came back on the 1 euro bus..great.

When you arrive at Malaga Airport just walk across the road to the Train station and for 3.5 Euros takes you to Benalmadena where for 6 Euros will take you straight to the apartment

On going home we ordered a taxi from the Taxi rank near to the apartment and cost 20Euros takes the worry of missing Buses or Trains..

The owner, Jackuie is fantastic, great communication and made everything so easy, keys arrived and all details, even a map for the taxi driver, though he knew where the apartment was.

We called in at numerous hotels to watch the evening shows at no cost ...all in all a fantastic holiday..

You must not miss the cable car up the local mountain and at 1.30 and 4 pm there is a fantastic free Falcon display with many other birds of prey. The cable car was 11 Euros, the show is free.Less if you are 65 or over.

Places you must visit...

Mijas, a mountain village..bus 121 and the usual 1,05 Euros..

Benalmadena pueblo same bus route as Mijas

Arroyo same bus as Mijas, this is where the station is situated...

Malaga bus 110, again only 1.05 Euros

Granada/ Alhambra palace.. book at the local shop just around the corner from the apartment..55 Euros including a guide and free time in Granada..fantastic trip.

Gibraltar, again booked at the same place, around 52 Euros, including free time and a trip around the rock and a visit to the caves..

Just what we needed

Booking and payment was straight forward and receiving the keys before we went was great, I always got prompt replies to any questions I had.

We really enjoyed our stay, felt at home as soon as we arrived as the apartment had everything you could want. The pool area was lovely and as we like to go out early had it virtually to ourselves. The location was great, no road to cross to get to the beach or marina and whatever direction you went in there was always something different. I would recommend this property to a friend or relative.

Benalmadena Costa is well known for its attractions, there is so much to see and do. It is famous for the beautiful marina which is packed with boutiques and restaurants, and is a wonderful place to stroll around by day or at night.

Apart from the beaches, there is a beautiful park with a lake and a wonderful variety of flora and fauna, a paradise for children with rabbits and ducks to feed, amongst many other animals. There is a cable car to the top of the mountain with amazing views, Tivoli world entertainment park, two aquaparks, an aquatic park, and a dolphinarium with daily shows of dolphins, penquins on ice etc. The paseo (promenade) stretches for 9 km along the beach to the east of the marina and about 2 km on the west side. A gate and pathway lead directly from the Diana II garden on to this promenade.

Golf: Torrequebrada golf course within 2 km.
