This quaint 3 bedroom apartment with a sea view is literally minutes from the Saint Jean sandy beach and the village centre. The villa has a heated swimming pool with a heated jacuzzi located in the back garden a few steps from the terrace. The pool is only shared with the owner. There are two rooms facing the pool area with a sea view, one double and one twin with bunks. The third bedroom is also a double. The apartment has two bathooms. The location is so well situated you would never need a car. The immaculately kept Harbour village of St Jean Cap Ferrat is on a peninsula situated on the Cote d'Azur mid-way between Nice and Monaco and about 15 minutes drive from either. There are numerous walking paths around the Cap, it is possible to walk the entire coastline around the waters edge. The local bus service from the village covers Nice, Monaco and Menton. Trains leave from near-by Beaulieu going to Cannes and Italy. A day trip to Ventigmellia in nearby Italy is highly recommended.
Just great for families: This apartment is the lower floor of a Villa. The terrace opens in front of the living room, has a nice area to have lunch and dinner, and opens unto the garden. In the winter, the pool is covered and heated upon request. Same for the jacuzzi. A nice homy feeling apartment, very confortable for a family vacation, through trees and a very nice view.

Many years ago, I have decided to manage and rent only apartments or villas that I would feel comfortable putting my own family in. To me they need to be spotless, and very very well equiped. Not just 2 skillets and 2 pots for 5 people, or only 4 plates ! A nice reward is when I hear : it's just like the pictures, but my best reward is actually : It's even better than in the pictures ! All the properties are well maintained, I always add little things here and there by listening to our guests comments.
Should you need anything during your stay, I can assure that even the impossible is sometimes done to fix anything as fast as possible. Lots of my guests have become friends and come back regularly. I love to travel, and I know how important a vacation is, especially when you come from far away.
In each of my properties, you'll find a book with all my little inside tips and information, to find the places to see, or to eat, and live like locals if you'd like !

Very quiet, with a heated pool and a jacuzzi, a large garden, a great view, ideal for families or friends. Short walk to the town center, easy parking, air con, a great place to start exploring the Riviera.
We had a lovely stay here. The property is in a great location. It's up the hill from the port for a lovely walk down And I would recommend you have a car if you stay here with children. The place is all on one floor has spacious rooms, a great area for entertaining, and the kitchen has pretty much everything you need for cooking, baking etc. There is a nice garden and great swimming pool which unfortunately we didn't get to use this time of year as it was a little cold and the Jacuzzi was under repair but that didn't matter to us. With two very small children we were also well catered for. We were given cots highchairs and plenty of toys to keep them busy. Thanks to Muriel for organising this for us. The communication could've been a little bit better in the lead up to our stay as we were only given directions on how to find the place on the day of our arrival. Overall, it was a fabulous break in a stunning location.
We have had a wonderful time in a really nice and beautiful house. Everything was perfect. The house was clean and decorated in the typical style. The garden with a spectacular view over the sea was lovely. For 12 days it was "our" home.
When we have come home we have just booked again this house for September and for a couple of weeks next year.
We are very happy to have found such a nice place to spend our holidays!

A day trip to the Ventigmellia market in Italy is highly recommended. There are numerous walking paths around the Cap and cycling heaven awaits you. Visit Nice, famous for the Cours Saylia market in the old town with busy restaurants coffee shops and of course the fabulous Promenade de Anglais. For the fashion conscious Nice and Monaco offer shops for all tastes and budgets. Closer to home the medieval Mediterranean towns of Villefranche, Eze and Beaulieu are all on your doorstep and provide a great selection of fabulous traditional restaurants and browsing around interesting local shops. Dont forget the Monaco Grand Prix in May.

Arrival days are very flexible. Minimum stay is 4 nights. Check in is after 5 pm and check out at 10 am. However, we can be very flexible and help if you need to check in earlier. But if you need a late check out, please contact us as you'll have the possibility to book a half night for late check out. Where an initial deposit is paid, the balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to commencement of the booking. If the booking is taken within 8 weeks of commencement then full payment will be required at time of booking.
Price includes linens, towels, high speed WIFI, electricity and water, and also beach towels. Final cleaning includes linens cleaning and full apartment cleaning. It also includes starting cleaning kit and all kitchen essentials. Pool is heated and heating is included in the price. However, it cannot be heated if outdoor temperature is below 15 °C. During Fall and Winter, a cost of 80 € is added to heat the pool when possible and needs to be paid upon arrival. Security deposit is only held on credit card authorization.
