Stunning location
Quaint home. Highlight was watching the Cornish singers outside our window - quite magical. Seagulls were painfully noisy overnight and in the mornings so less keen on their song! The bars on the harbour were super noisy too which kept my young kids up. It would be helpful to list WIFI options to pay for and where abouts in Port Isaac you can get signal as I walked up various hills for 20 mins or so before I could get signal. Super convenient location, and the harbour is stunning regardless of weather and a great base for visiting the usual attractions. Parking is a pain as while we didn't mind the walk, we'd often have to wait 15-20 mins for a parking to become free - a couple of times we had to go elsewhere. The views, the location and the singing though outweighed any of the negatives and truly is lovely.

Gorgeous apartment, perfect location but no WiFi in COVID hit 2020
Nice little apartment with higgledy piggledy rooms. The living room/kitchen diner is particularly uneven and the doorway into it is very low. My husband and I are 5’10” and 5’9” (so not overly tall) and had to try to remember to duck to avoid a bumped head. Everywhere is spotless and the bed linen smelt gorgeous. The king size bed is very comfy. The wooden bed frame is quite squeaky though, shifting position was enough to wake each other up. Lots of hot water all the time which was fab, but it gets very hot, very quickly so be careful if you have children with you. The view of the harbour is simply perfect and the ability to people watch the tourists milling about is great. The location could not be better. With the benefits of the great location comes the downside of having no parking at the apartment. I think most houses/apartments in Port Isaac are the same though. We purchased a Rover ticket that can be used in council car parks throughout the area. This works from midnight to midnight so we decided it was best to pay for our first night and start the Rover at midnight on Sunday, then we didn’t need to rush to add a new ticket on our day of departure. The only major problem of this apartment is there is no WiFi. I’m all for putting your devices down whilst on holiday. But due to Covid everything has to be booked online e.g. a table in the pub, a visit to Tintagel etc. We also had no mobile phone reception and no mobile internet. And there is no phone in the apartment, as you would expect, but this meant we literally had no means of communication. We could see that other apartments nearby did have WiFi. I appreciate that the blurb about the apartment prior to booking is not going shout about the fact that there is no WiFi, but I would have appreciated the post booking information informing us of this or when I rang the housekeeper. At least I could have warned relatives, that were experiencing hear from us, of the situation and possibly pre-booked activities that needed internet booking.
