- Five railed steps lead up to the fully enclosed rear garden which has a sunny patio area and a level lawn
- There is a useful outbuilding available for storage of beach gear

LOCAL AREA
- Sandy beach can be reached on foot in a couple of minutes
- There is a pub/restaurant, a post office, surfboard hire and general store close by
- Praa Sands 9 hole golf course overlooking the sea is not far away
- Marazion, Penzance, Porthleven and Helston are all within a 15 minute drive

The travel directions will provide you with the details of the owner / housekeeper and instruction on who to contact a few days before your holiday to make the key arrangements. You will also be given the details of your point of contact should you have any questions or issues whilst on holiday.
