Villa Tropical is a spacious villa with a maximum capacity of 7 people, so it seems perfect to accommodate a whole family, a group of friends or two couples with children. Perfect to enjoy a relaxing weekend, or longer stays during Spring and Summer.
It has more than 1800 meters of landscaped areas where children and adults can enjoy all kinds of games and recreation, with barbecue facilities and terraces with views where you can have lunch or dinner during the Spring / Summer season.
It has a large garage where up to three cars can be stored.

The house has two floors, in the first one there is a large hall with a bathroom with shower, a large living room with two defined spaces in one of which a large dining table is located and in the other, open to the terrace , the armchairs and the television area.

On the other wing of the house we have a hallway that gives access to a large fully equipped kitchen with a table where you can eat and a large granite bar. In the kitchen you have access to the ground floor / garage.

From the hall leaves a staircase that goes up to the area of the Rooms in which there are three defined spaces. A large hall that divides the areas of the rooms, to one side is a large double room with bathroom in access to it.
Towards the other area we find a new open space in which there are three bedrooms, two doubles and one single and a shared bathroom for the three rooms.

This upper floor is surrounded by a large balcony on the main facade with spectacular views and access from the double bedroom and from one of the double bedrooms.

Services and common areas

Villa Tropical has an integrated access patio in an extensive garden area with palm trees, trees and a barbecue area. On one side of the house there is an access to a small forest of fruit trees, oaks, and other trees as well as a small area with shrubs and grass in which a small garden was located.

Upon arrival the house will be completely clean and provided with bed linen, towel sets and a fully equipped kitchen to enjoy it in its entirety.

Attention to guests

Guests will always be welcomed by a family member who will warmly welcome them by informing them of all the options that can be enjoyed in the area and recommending essential visits throughout the region. The independence of the guests will be fully respected and a contact telephone number will be left to answer any questions that may arise during the stay and assist them as necessary.

The neighborhood

Camposancos is a quiet neighborhood, located at the foot of Monte Santa Tecla, or Tegra for locals. Parish or "minor entity" that belongs to the City Council of A Guarda. You can stroll through its stone streets, with its fountains, laundries, cruises, centuries-old stone houses and its small Church. On one side is Monte Santa Tecla and on the other you can walk to the Miño Estuary area, where there are its Beaches and the Ferry that crosses the picturesque Portuguese town of Caminha.

How to move

The A Guarda bus station is a 5-10 minute walk from the house and there are buses throughout the day to and from the city of Vigo, both along the coast (through Nigrán and Baiona) and through the interior (passing through the towns of Mos, Porriño, Tui, Tomiño and El Rosal).

If you arrive by car, the garage can accommodate up to three vehicles.

You can walk to its beaches and the town of A Guarda on walks of no more than 10-15 '. If you travel by car you reach the beach and the town in approximately 5 minutes.

You can cross in the Ferry to the town of Caminha with both the car and without it.

If you arrive by train, the closest stations are Guillarei and Vigo.

If you arrive by plane, the closest airports are Vigo and Oporto, both of which are approximately 1 hour from A Guarda.

Other highlights

The house is perfectly located both to enjoy a rest period on the beach and to visit all the points of interest that the area offers.

Access to the beaches of Camposancos, A Lamiña, el Molino, located at the mouth of the Miño, such as the beach of Pueblo de la Guardia, Area Grande beach and the picturesque fishing port on whose promenade you can enjoy a variety of restaurants where you will taste the best fish and seafood, including the most famous in the area, rice with Lobster, Lobster and Swordfish.

From a Guarda you can visit at an hour and even less the main tourist destinations in the area,

-Beautiful villages in neighboring Portugal of Caminha and Vilanova de cerveira. You can cross with the car in the Ferry that is 5 'from the house and crosses from Camposancos to Caminha. Or crossing the international bridge of Goian that connects this small Galician town with the neighboring and charming Vilanova de Gaia.

-Natural pools (fresh water) of Rosal and Mougás, in Santa María de Oia. In this same town you can visit the ruins of its Romanesque Monastery and the Atlantic Thalasso, a Spa Hotel located in a privileged area and where you can enjoy the properties of the sea water in its Thermal circuit and all kinds of treatments with seaweed and other marine products.

-Pueblo and beaches of Baiona la Real.

-Pueblo and beaches of Panxón / Nigrán, with the famous beaches of Praia América and Patos with the neighboring Monteferro.

-Zona de El Rosal where you can visit its vineyards and the famous wineries of Albariño, where you can taste some of the best white wines of Spain, which reap prizes in the main international competitions.

-Historic border city of Tui with its Gothic cathedral, a unique historical center and the International Bridge over the Miño River that connects you to the Portuguese city of Valença do Minho.

-Valença de Minho, a Portuguese border town famous for its beautiful Fortress full of restaurants, churches and shopping streets where you can buy among many other things the famous textiles of Portugal, towels, sheets and quilts, as well as their alpaca cutlery, etc ..., in addition to enjoying the delicious Portuguese cuisine (Cod prepared in different ways, the famous Picanha and its famous green vihnos).
