About the property

One bedroom two bathroom penthouse apartment with large private roof terrace.

This is a one bedroom apartment in the Winter Garden complex in Golf Del Sur and apartments are built round an 8 rink bowling green.

It is situated on the third floor,has a lift and stairs up to apartment and whole complex is wheelchair friendly with ramps to all levels.

The apartment comprises of a hallway and on the right there is a guest toilet with large shower cubicle and wash basin.

On the left is the bedroom and it has an En Suite bathroom with bidet, toilet, wash basin and bath with shower over. in between En Suite and sleeping area there are

two large mirrored wardrobes with plenty hanging space, one with a safe in the bottom for all your valuables.

The bedroom has two single beds, dressing table with drawers, large mirror and bedside tables.

A lovely bright room with two windows.

Second right off the hallway leads you into the kitchen with its own window and is equipped with washing machine, microwave, large fridge freezer, four ring hob, oven, kettle, toaster, sink with drainer and a breakfast bar looking into living area.Plenty cupboard space and It has everything you need for your stay.

The hallway leads to the living area which has a window in the corner, a couch that converts into a double bed and a chair to match.

There is a dining table with 4 chairs and a 32 inch television that has the five main british tv channels.

On the right of the living area is the breakfast bar looking into the kitchen .

Next to breakfast bar there are sliding patio doors leading you out on to a large L-shaped balcony with a table and four chairs with views over the bowling green and the pool to the side. At end of the balcony there is a spiral staircase leading to a large private roof terrace which has four sun beds and a table and four chairs with a parasol for that much needed shade as terrace gets the sun from morning until sunset.

On arrival you will be given a front door key, a pool area key to open the gate into the private heated pool and this key also doubles up and opens the door into the underground carpark where there is a bucket for your rubbish. You will also get a key for the safe that is located in the bottom of one of the wardrobes.

Beware of going out the front door and closing it behind you as you need the key to open it again.

Whenever you leave the apartment always turn the key twice clockwise to secure the bolts on the door.

Why Alan Pringle chose San Miguel de Abona

We have played bowls at the Winter gardens for many years but have always stayed at other complexes and hotels in the area so we decided it was time to buy our own place. When we saw this apartment for sale it wasn't a difficult decision to purchase it due to its Lovely quiet location. Also it is very central in Golf Del Sur and only 10 mins from Tenerife south airport.

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment has easy access to all shops ,bars and beautiful coastal walks there is also a wide variety of places to eat catering for all tastes. The views from the roof terrace are stunning and the beautiful sunsets are not to be missed.

Spacious Apartment

Very nice apartment with balcony and private roof terrace. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Good location with swimming, outdoor bowls (for beginners or experienced) and restaurants on site. Marina and other restaurants nearby. Well looked after by Bill. Will come again.
