About the property

This is our holiday home in a community in which our family have stayed since the 1980s. All of the units are privately owned and the community has a very relaxed feel, benefitting from a splendid communal garden and pool. From our balcony you are able to look out over the Cordillera Prebética Mountain Range behind us. We are gradually investing in the property and have recently added a Garden Room and new white goods however the prices this year reflect the fact that there is still some cosmetic work to be done.

We are a 5 minute walk from an uncrowded sandy beach and a 10 minute walk from the nearby village of Els Poblets. Denia is approximately 10 minutes away by car, and also served by a regular bus service.

Our family and friends have owned property and taken holidays in this small community (24 townhouse style apartments) across 4 decades and 4 generations. We love it here, it's our home, away. We bought it to spend time with our young family and then to have something to look forward to in our retirement. All the properties are family owned so it doesn't have an antiseptic commercial feel.

What makes this apartment unique

Safe walled garden with big swimming pool, great for kids. Easy reach of beach and shops. Sun in Summer, mountain walking in Winter. Self catering - as economical a holiday as you want to make it. The mature garden is maintained beautifully by a local chap who loves it like his own. There is always sun and shade available depending on your preference.
