Three level living space with open concept kitchen/living area. Walk out from lower level to beautiful, recently improved pool area. Fenced in backyard has plenty of lounge seating as well as gas grill. Three porches including two screened in. Picnic table on in lower screened porch. Five flatscreen cable TV's , with one in each bedroom. Tasteful professional decor. ( Updated Photos to follow post remodel)

Lower living level boasts its own full mini kitchen in addition to main kitchen upstairs.

The home is perfect for families with small children, grown up "girls" get away, families with teenagers, couple's "escape" and mature adults without serious mobility issues. I choose not to rent to fraternities/sororities or groups planning to entertain on the premises.

REVIEW OF BEACH HOUSE ON ISLE OF PALMS

Our party was very happy with the beach house that we rented for three nights on the Isle of Palms. We had four couples and we all were happy the amount of room that we all had. The kitchen was great and we were able to congregate in the family room and we played games in that area each evening. VERY HAPPY WITH OUR CHOICE TO RENT IN THIS SPOT....

Warm, cosy beach house

804 Carolina has a beautiful laid-back feel , very welcoming and comfortable. Kitchen is welll equipped. Bedrooms are comfy and quiet. Tip: buy paper products on arrival - napkins, paper towels, toilet paper - our crew of 4 ran out after 3 days. But that's just details- it's the relaxing vibe that is sooo nice!

We loved it!

The house was perfect for our girls getaway. We very much enjoyed the house and all its amenities, especially the pool. The beach was just a short walk away and the outdoor shower was an added bonus. Elizabeth was great to work with and very quick to respond to any of my questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home, nice pool, good location

We had a great time @ this beautiful home. A short walk to the beach and A short walk to dinning and shops. Easy drive to Sullivan's Island, Mt Pleasant and Charleston. Home is well equiped for cooking/eating in. They even have some pool toys and beach chairs for you to use.
