About this property

A stunning villa on Fuerteventura Golf Club with a private heated pool, free wifi, UK TV and barbeque area. Superb views of the mountains surrounding Caleta de Fuste from all angles of the property, with lovely views of the sea and Fuerteventura Golf Club from the upstairs balcony. The villa comes complete with welcome pack for a minimum 7 night stay. A 5 night stay is available without a welcome pack, fitted kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine and utility room.

Two bedrooms include 4 beds that can be pushed together to make two doubles , the main bedroom is always laid out as a double with the second bedroom being laid out as two singles. Both have fitted wardrobes for those clothes that you need to look after. If required, there is also a travel cot and high chair for the little one in your party. The bedrooms also have fly screens on the sliding doors so that you can allow the air to circulate whilst you sleep. The main bedroom has a safe.

The main bathroom has a bath with shower over, wc, sink and bidet with a separate shower room, wc and sink downstairs as well.

The lounge diner is well equipped with modern comfortable furniture and fly screens. The terrace area is covered enabling you to get away from the heat if you need to and has outside furniture for Alfresco dining. The patio comes with sun loungers for poolside relaxation. The sun is on the front of the villa all day for that all over tan..

Only five minutes walk to the 1st tee with a further ten to fifteen minute walk to the attractions of the Atlantico shopping centre. Making that around twenty minutes or so to the main bars and restaurants of Caleta de Fuste and a taxi back is around 5 euros. You can even call into bar La Isla on the way to watch the sunset with a lovely G &T.

You will be met at the villa on arrival and shown where everything is and that contact will be available to call on should you need any support during your stay. Please use it if you feel something is not quite right, we aim to please and make sure everything is in order. However, as in life, things can happen!

Please note the swimming pool is heated to 28 degrees. It is ideal for swimming, but is not a hot tub! Too hot a temperature in the pool causes all sorts of problems and can cause chemical reactions in the water, meaning other problems could occur, we maintain our pool weekly. Fuerteventura is a windy island and if the sun is not out and the wind up, the pool will feel cooler. Please bear this in mind.

Also, please make sure the pool cover is on when the pool is not in use. This keeps the temperature up and stops debris blowing into it.

A fantastic week in a home away from home

Just back from an absolutely brilliant week in villa sol. From first booking to checking out communication with Chris online and Pam the property manager on the island it was a breeze. Quick attentive responses from Chris who was happy to help and answer any questions, and a great simple check in with pam at the property made the start of the holiday stress free. The villa is nothing short of superb. Spotlessly clean throughout, everything you could ever need in the kitchen, upstairs and downstairs bathrooms both had great showers with fantastic pressure. The views out over the golf course from the master bedroom balcony and the outside dining/patio area are beautiful. And then there is the pool! A great size, nice temperature the whole time and just really relaxing to be in. My two boys aged 4 & 5 absolutely loved it, we could never get them out! Location is great, roughly a 10-15 minute walk down to the shopping centre where you will find everything you need and a couple of good food options if dining out. 20-30mins slow walk down into caleta itself (bear in mind we had a pram with us so it would be more like 20 with no children). 3-4 euros in a taxi back from town and 3 euros in a taxi back from the shopping centre makes it not worth walking back up the hill! Overall a 10/10 for us, this was our second stay but first as a family with children and we will definitely be back. Thanks chris/ pam for a great stay!

Fantastic property

This is a wonderful property , it’s got everything you need for a great holiday with the added bonus of the pool . We’ve been coming to Fuerteventura for many years and this is by far one of the best places we’ve stayed. Great communication with the owners Chris and Lindsay and the property managers upon our arrival. There was everything there that you need for a fabulous holiday.

Long weekend break

Property had everything we needed for our stay. Very clean, functional, modern and well presented. Nice 15 minute walk into Caleta and cheap taxi to get home if required. We would highly recommend for a great holiday.

We had a great holiday, the villa was to a high standard as expected . It was really good to have a pool as not many properties of this size have one. The kitchen was really well stocked having everything needed. Also really appreciated being able to leave late evening due to night flight at no extra cost

Lovely Home From Home

The property is in a great location with fantastic views of the sea and surrounding hills from the bedroom balcony. The pool is heated a great and the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The bonus of an undercover seating area is also good as at times it was very hot during our stay. Everything you need to make the most of your stay, very comfortable living area, kitchen and more importantly the beds are great. Communication with the owner from booking to leaving was exceptional and the local caretaker is lovely both wanting to make sure you have a great holiday. A much appreciated welcome pack ensures you don’t have to rush out for food when you arrive - oh a the 🍷 went down well too. Parking was never an issue. Location is great for exploring both ends of the island. We would highly recommend this property and would have no reservations in visiting again if we return to Fuerteventura. We have looked at Caleta de Fuste as a holiday destination for over twenty years and have stayed on numerous occasions. We first put a deposit on a home here nearly seventeen years ago but the flights were really expensive then. Now flights come and go nearly everyday and depending on the month and time, are very good value. Villa Sol was our dream home with a large enough pool to actually swim in and relax by.

What makes this property unique

Villa Sol has it's own private heated pool which affords you the privacy away from it all, not overlooked at the front, back or to the side, with only the adjoining property in close proximity. It really is a space away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, with a short stroll to Caleta de Fuste bustling centre if you want it.
