Excellent opportunity, in Palm Mar, in MAGNIFICENT RESIDENTIAL, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, solarium, lounge, large terrace, garage, this complex has common areas and two swimming pools. The beach is just 2 minutes walk away, with supermarket, pharmacy, banks, restaurants, shops and easy access to the highway.

Just behind the arch at PalmMar you can find the new Las Olas apartments. The residence won a prestigious award for its architecture on the island. The 96-meter-long pool is impressive.

It is near the sea, on the beach of Arenita, bounded by a splendid promenade and next to it, the protected natural landscape of Malpaís de Rasca with all its intact volcanic beauty. On the other side, the mountain of Guaza.

The beach of El Palmar is a popular beach, not guarded, being for its location a semiurban beach. It has a length of 120 meters (much smaller compared to the rest of the beaches of Santa Cruz de Tenerife) and its width is 10 meters. It is a gravel beach / dark sand and calm waters, making it ideal for bathing. It has bathrooms and a small chiringuito to drink something.
