You could pay $350/night at Roosevelt Hotel across the street for a single room or stay here (beautiful 1200 sf 2+2 ON TOP FLOOR) with some real space around you. It's very hard to find places in Hollywood that cheap, clean and super convenient!

All are brand new - Beautiful 1200 sq. ft 2 bed 2 Bath ON TOP FLOOR with view. This is just down street from the Academy Awards, Jimmy Kimmel Theater, Graumans Chinese theater. Free parking, 24 hour security, balcony, washer & dryer, kitchen, hardwood floor - brand new appliances.

FURNISHINGS, HOUSEWARES, CABLE, KITCHEN WARES, ALL UTILITIES, 2 FREE PARKING SPOTS, WiFi, DISHWASHER etc..

- The condo is 4-6 people sleep able, 2 queen beds are suit for 4 people, one full mattress suits for 2. It's great for budget savers.

- All the linens and towels are used only for guests and are professionally cleaned for each guest. The condo is also cleaned thoroughly by professional cleaners before your arrival.

Convenient to Runyon Canyon Hiking Park known for it’s breathtaking views of all of Los Angeles and free outdoor yoga classes - walking distance to many fabulous places, restaurants, bars, coffeehouses, shopping and supermarket plus easy access to public transportation - It's a great balance!

It is nice, clean, peaceful, very serene and absolutely, not a house party. You will feel like "Home Away from Home" here – we are really interested in renting to people, who are nice, clean, respectful, non-smokers, and non-party.

Good bargain, good location

The price is right for this 2-bedroom, which is sparsely furnished but clean and definitely adequate as a place to rest your head. The caveat I would offer is that only the bedrooms are really ideal for sleeping. The sofas are not convertible and the only other accommodations made are three extra mattresses that can be tossed on the floor. So I wouldn't really say that it sleeps 6 comfortably, unless maybe you're college age and just looking for a place to crash. Owner returned damage deposit promptly, which was most appreciated.

Great location, great price, clean, parking spot, an amazing stay

This was a great spot to stay at especially for the price. I would definitely stay here again. It had everything you would need in a great area and very clean. So many easy to get spots around the location. The owners were wonderful, hospitable, helpful, delightful, and friendly. The owners I give five stars hands down. The only thing I can honestly say that stopped me from giving the apt five stars was that the apartment needs new/better mattresses on the beds. It was a little difficult to sleep. Although, a plus was they definitely had extra twin mattresses just in case other people needed somewhere to sleep. I loved loved loved having an assigned parking spot, made it so easy to come and go without having to look for parking. Overall I had an amazing experience.

Can’t Beat the Location!

Just returned from a 5-day trip to Los Angeles over Spring Break. This apartment is in the perfect location, one block off Hollywood Blvd. On our first night, we headed out to explore the neighborhood and stumbled upon the premiere of Ready Player One at the Dolby Theatre, just a couple of blocks from the apartment. Saw Steven Spielberg and a bunch of actors and actresses in the flesh.

Getting to Universal Studios was a quick drive from the apartment, even in L.A. traffic, as were other areas, like Beverly Hills and Bel Air.

The apartment was clean and spacious. The size was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

We went to Ralph’s (grocery store nearby) on our first day to pickup breakfast foods for our stay. It was so convenient to have a full kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, and microwave.

Used the washer & dryer several times so we didn’t have to do laundry when we got home.

So nice to have secure, garage parking, as street parking in the area can be tough.
