The apartment is located in a small village called Kokkari on an island of the Eastern Aegean, Samos.The apartment is on the second floor of the building, in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of the Aegean!

The apartment has two main bedrooms, each with its own modern bathroom. There are twins beds ,with a Tempur mattress. Trere is a fully equiped kitchen, a dining room with a sofa that can be used as a single bed and a wc.

Half of the building is surrounded by a balcony with spectacular view. At the basement of the house there is a beautiful stone patio that you can use whenever you want.

Wear your swimsuit, go down the stairs and you are in a small beach where you can swim. With many restaurants and cafes just some steps away, you will be surprised of how quiet the home is!

The apartment is spotless, modern and comfortable, impeccable and definitely spacious for 4, it's meticulously clean and has all the bells and whistles one would need!The quality of the accommodation adds luxury to your stay!

We would like to inform the potential guests, that despite the fact that the apartment is located on the top floor of the main building, there are 46 steps to be climbed.

Clean well maintained - excellent customer service

Excellent location close to the water, restaurants and the centre of the village. Very clean and well maintained property. We really enjoyed our stay there, what we liked the most was location and service, the manger/owner did everything to keep us happy. We are definitely going back

Holiday in Samos

We spent a 10 day vacation in Samos, we were guests in Eftinia's house in Kokkari. Our experience was very positive, the apartment directly overlooks the enchanting portico of Kokkari from the balcony of the living room and from a bedroom you can see an unforgettable sunrise, also from the same you can enjoy the view of the enchanting and green hills of Samos and the profile of Turkey is also visible. The apartment consists of two bedrooms with attached bathrooms, provided, among other things, by comfortable and large rain showers, there is also a third bathroom, the sitting room is equipped with a modern flat screen TV , a sofa and a table with chairs, the kitchen, equipped with every comfort is visible, the whole apartment is equipped with an efficient and silent air conditioning system, both the furniture and the sanitary fittings are of excellent workmanship characterized by elegance, modernity and efficiency, the apartment is located in the center of the town from where you can comfortably reach, with your own means, the many beautiful beaches of the island, if you want you can also spend the entire holiday near the house, as it is nearby there are numerous places to eat and equipped beaches, the sea is wonderful with an intense blue color, the beaches are pebbly. The house is well-kept, cleaning is daily and linen is changed every two days. Eftinia turned out to be a wonderful host, with her sympathy and sweetness she conquered us, she often offered us dishes prepared with care by herself and gave us an unforgettable evening with a typical Greek dinner, cooked by her, hosting us in the veranda below the apartment, which can be shared by guests. We have almost always had dinner and breakfast on the balcony, where there is a table with chairs, so as not to deprive us of the spectacle offered by the view of the views. The awning positioned on the balcony is electrified and can be managed by remote control. We can certainly recommend to everyone, even families or couples, a stay in the comfortable, beautiful and well-kept house of Eftimia Paolo and Paola

Heaven

A little deceiving that washing machine is 5 e extra. Everything else excellent. Efi made us really welcomed.. views to die for. Although expensive ,still worth a visit

We are a loved couple with three wonderful children. We love the sea and I swim all year around. I walk every day in the mountains with my dog, Krok, and I am very fond of climbing. I have climbed many high peaks all over Greece. I have voluntarily worked in hospitals,a nursing home, prison and I like contributing to the cleanliness of the environment. I like cooking for my family and friends and gathering them all together. I love theater, music, dancing and reading. I like travelling and I wish one day to be able to visit destinations such as Tibet and Peru. We have a family tradition in the art of hospitality which we would like to share with the HomeAway family.
