The property is magnificently located. It is 5 minutes away from Salford Quays and 10 minutes away from Manchester City Centre. There is plenty of on the street safe parking and the neighbourhood is excellent. The property has recently been renovated extensively and is cared for and clean and can accommodate 22 people.
The property is entered via a UPVC door which leads to the enclosed porch and a further inner door gives access to the entrance hallway. A spindle staircase elevates to the first floor and internal doors give access to the Lounge, Dining room and spacious Kitchen.

Access to all Bus routes & Trams extremely close and pretty much on the doorstep. Very close to Salford Quays, City Centre, Intu Trafford Centre, Salford Shopping City, Salford University and Salford Royal Hospital. This is a no smoking property and should there be smoking we will charge an additional £250 charge for cleaning ( and carpets etc). I will consider pets as I love pets myself. However, please let me know what kind of pet before make the reservation as my house is not suitable for all pets. Thanks.
