The location is ideal: footsteps to the free shuttle, 5 min walk to the slopes, and two blocks from Main Street’s shopping, dining, and nightlife. But the real attraction is the house itself — and the views!

Just walking in the door, you’ll get the feel of classic Breckenridge, but updated with everything a modern family (or large group) needs for comfort and convenience. The spacious living room exudes mountain living, with a large stone fireplace and plenty of seating for the whole gang to relax and share stories about their conquests on the slopes or watch a movie on the flat-screen TV. The kitchen is updated with a huge island to gather around. The dining tables comfortably seats 24, with an additional 6 seats at the island. You have fabulous views of Breckenridge Mountain from the backyard hot tub, patio, and 3rd story balcony. Has 9 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms.

Why Jordan Montoya chose Historic District

We fell in love with The Lodge because it is such a beautiful house in the heart of downtown Breckenridge. The best part of the location is that we do not need a car to get around town, to the ski slopes, to the shopping and dining areas, and to any of the nearby towns because of the complimentary shuttle service that has a stop a few steps from our front door. Our family has enjoyed vacationing in the area for most of our lives and we decided to buy a house since we were up there so often. The Mountainview Lodge began as a place for us to share with family and friends. After our first few family reunions and family ski trips, we decided that the property was too wonderful to keep to ourselves and chose to rent them out as vacation homes. This allows us to share our beautiful homes with the public to enjoy with their families and friends as well. We hope you love our houses as much as we do!

What makes this house unique

Great location! Two blocks from main street - walk to restaurants & shops. One block to grocery & liquor stores and the post office. Free shuttle stops next door and provides free transportation to the ski resorts and the nearby towns of Dillon, Vail, Silverthorne, & Frisco.

Not worth the money

The location was great and overall not a bad place, but for the price that is paid I would expect a cleaner more organized experience. We had to clean all the surfaces as they were filthy and we didn't have enough towels. I realize the cleaning company they use was at fault, but nonetheless I think it needs to be handled. The management company was responsive, but no follow up. We had piles of dirty towels from previous weeks we had to walk around the whole stay and we had to clean them up so we could get to the wash machine. So yes things I can live with, but to pay that much I would expect more.

Great Ski Vacation/Location

We had 4 families on the top 2 floors. Plenty of space, all the cooking utensils for preparing your own meals. Outstanding location, grocery store just out the back, bus shuttle to the lifts every 20 minutes, plenty of space in the common areas for meals/games/etc, couple of blocks from main street for shopping and eating, beautiful views. Great stay for families and reunions.

Stunning property!!

All 22 guests felt very welcome here. Jordan made our stay enjoyable and relaxing. The beds were very comfortable and the proximity to downtown and chairlifts allowed us to leave the cars parked for the entire vacation. The hot tub is perfect after a long day on the slopes!

Great accomodations for Family Reunion of 28 people

This place was perfect for our family reunion. With eight individual families converging together we used the entire lodge for our stay and appreciated the large gathering space near the kitchen for meals. The large main kitchen allowed for cooking meals and still visiting with family members. The lodge is two blocks off of main street shopping and one block away from a playground at the local school, which was enjoyed by our grandchildren. Some minor issues brought to Jordan's attention (needing additional bedding, towels) were quickly addressed. Family members agreed that this was something they would like to do again.
