The studio is located in Romana Playa, a first line in the secure urbanization of the beach. The development has 3000m2 of well-kept garden, three swimming pools, two other shallow pools for children and also a playground. The area is very quiet and from here you have easy access to several restaurants and supermarkets. Two minutes walk from the studio you have the Perla Blanca beach restaurant and the beach bar where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas and also El Laurel restaurant.
Playa de la Vibora is located just in front of the neighborhood of Romana Playa. It is a clean beach with moderate waves, mostly frequented by families. It is covered with fine sand, the water is good and during the summer the entire beach is cleaned manually and mechanically every day. You have many restaurants and chiringuitos right on the beach from where you can rent sun beds and umbrellas. Perla Blanca is a 2-minute walk away and they rent sun loungers and umbrellas, but they also serve delicious dishes. El Laurel restaurant is even closer to the studio, directly opposite. In the area you will find the famous Nikki Beach Club, where they have world class DJs and live musicians, the best parties and first class entertainment..
At 600 meters (10 minutes on foot) there is the commercial area of Elviria, the largest shopping center on the east side of Marbella. Here you can find two supermarkets (SuperSol and OpenCor), grocery stores, pharmacies, hairdressers, bars and restaurants.
One of the largest shopping centers in Costa del Sol is 13 minutes (12 km) by car from Romana Playa. Here you will find everything you need, from food to clothing or electro-domestic stores. In just 3 km (5 minutes by car) you have two local supermarkets, Mercadona and Lidl that offer you food, fresh fish, vegetables and freshly baked bread.
