At 4 km from Montefalco, a splendid village in the heart of the verdant Umbria, in an agricultural estate with olive trees and vineyards, you will find the Agriturismo Il Grappolo e la Rosa. Recently renovated, the cottage is divided into apartments of different sizes. The Rosa Tea-1 apartment is located on the first floor and has a double bedroom and large entrance hall with kitchen, living room and two single sofa beds. A bathroom with shower. Outside ground floor gazebo furnished with table and chairs. The cottage is surrounded by a large fenced garden, it has a barbecue area, a children's play area, a swimming pool with umbrellas and sun loungers. Guaranteed car parking.
