Newly and meticulously renovated in 2015, it has two beautiful Bedrooms, 2 full baths, high ceilings, modern kitchen, laundry, WiFi throughout, Sonos music system, AC/Heat, on demand water heater, Nest thermostat, and many more details.

This property is across the street from our offices and next door to our parents house, so we can tend to it easily. It's a duplex and this apartment is the Left Side unit. We acquired it in 2014 and did a gorgeous, no-expense spared historic renovation of this hundred and fifty year old property.

What makes this apartment unique

Location, location, location! The style in this apartment tends toward Mid-Century Modern design... There are lots of large windows and plenty of natural light. We have a great kitchen, high ceilings, dedicated bathrooms for each bedroom, and we love the dual showerheads everywhere.

Amazing location and superb property!

We came to New Orleans for a family wedding, but I would come back just to stay at this property again. It's in such a beautiful location right off Magazine Street in the Garden District and only five blocks from St. Charles Street where you can pick up the trolley. So many restaurants and shopping within walking distance and beautiful trees and historic homes to see! My husband and I and our two young daughters stayed here and it was everything we could need and more. It was clean, complete with wonderful modern updates in bathrooms and kitchen, beautiful wood floors, stocked and very organized kitchen, plenty of seating, comfy beds, organic shampoo/conditioner and body wash in the showers, a washer/dryer to clean clothes before we left and we loved mornings out on the front porch! It was very quiet and the perfect escape from the French Quarter. Elena was very helpful and responded within minutes of any question we had. Can't recommend it enough!

Beautiful modernized house in Garden District. Love the high ceilings! 1/2 block off Magazine, so easy walk to restaurants and more. On-street parking available. We loved our stay there!

Great location in garden district. Easy walking to tram as well as shops and restaurants.

Nicely updated 2 bedroom shotgun home. Perfect for 2 couples as each bedroom has its own bathroom. Common area is well appointed with comfortable seating, everything we needed was available in the kitchen. Would definitely recommend and would stay again next time we’re in New Orleans. Thank you!

Impressive, beautiful, relaxing and all in a perfect location!

Wow, a stay in New Orleans does not get better than this. What a beautiful house in the most perfect and quaint location off of Magazine Street. Elena made our booking and visit clear and easy and was extremely responsive when I had a few questions. My husband and I shared the house with my parents for a weekend wedding and we all felt like we had plenty of privacy thanks to the two, separate full bathrooms and the bedrooms down the hall from one another, separated by a laundry room. Elena's house is immaculate and has many amenities I would have not expected -- an adorable front porch, fully stocked shampoo and conditioner in the shower, coffee in the pantry, and wifi with clear instructions on how to use all of the electronics. I could not recommend Elena's house more highly. Thank you, Elena, for a memorable trip to New Orleans! We'll be back!

Perfect spot

My husband and I, along with our adult daughter, spent two nights in this lovely spot. Elena was extremely easy to work with. We appreciated that she allowed us to check in early since our flight arrived at noon and also extended our check-out time a bit too. She responded very quickly to emails.

The home is in a wonderful location, just off Magazine Street. There are lots of places to explore within walking distance and the information left in the home was very helpful. We enjoyed po-boys at Mahoneys, oysters at Casamento, and brunch at Cavan.

The home itself is charming and well furnished. The beds were very comfortable. There was no street noise and we slept very well!

We did not need a car and just used Uber and Lyft to get around.......plus a lot of walking which was good since we were enjoying so much food!

I would certainly recommend this Home and hope to stay again in the future.

We love our location one house off Magazine Street in the Uptown/Garden District area. We are walking distance to tons of restaurants, coffeehouses, taverns, shops, boutiques, antique stores, art galleries, grocery stores, drugstores and more. The Magazine Street bus stops on our corner, and the St. Charles streetcar (and Mardi Gras parade route) is only 5 blocks away.
