Welcome to my home and welcome to this amazing city! This is a beautifully 2 bedroom apartment. But don't take my word for it... let me walk you through it a little more!
The apartment has a really spacious and contemporary living space which has a real family feel to it. There are three comfy sofas for guests to use where you can put your feet up in the evenings, kick back and relax! Fancy an evening off? Then sit back, relax and turn on the flat screen TV. There are plenty of channels for you to enjoy. The living area is also home to the dining area, which is the perfect spot to enjoy some local delicacies. Top tip - try out Portobello Road market which is only a 20 minute walk from my place.
If cooking a gourmet meal at home is more your thing, then rest assured the kitchen will have everything you need in it such as all the basic condiments, and as an added extra we make sure that there is also always plenty of tea, coffee and sugar so that you can make yourself a traditional British cuppa in the morning! There are also all the mod-cons such as toaster, kettle and dishwasher that you might expect. We really want to ensure that you have a comfortable stay here in London!
There are two bedrooms in the house. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and bedroom number two has a double bed. There is also a full double sofa bed which comfortably sleeps a 5th and 6th person in the living space. Both the bedrooms are spacious with colourful homely touches. There is also plenty of storage space for guests to store all their belongings.
Finally, the property also benefits from 2 bathrooms. Both bathrooms are bright and contemporary in style and one has a bath (which really is a treat in central London)! The bathrooms will always come stocked with plenty of white fluffy towels and all the essential toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel and hand soap that you need to ensure that you have a comfortable stay in London.
The apartment comes with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, so that you can look fresh for exploring the city or for any business meetings! A baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request.
The apartment is your own. Cleaned professionally with fresh luxury linens, it's prepared for each new visitor.

Sammy’s home is located in City of Westminster, London, England, United Kingdom.
My home is super close to Maida Vale, Paddington and Notting Hill. Let me tell you a little more about each area as best I can :)
Maida Vale is a beautiful residential area in Zone 2 in North West London with small cafes and boutique shops for the locals. The area is filled with town houses and small parks, with a farmers and vintage furniture market in the morning. There is a quintessential English village feel in this area, however it remains well connected to the rest of London as it has its own tube station which is serviced by the Bakerloo line.
Now, coming to Paddington.... this is an area famous for its railway station and the iconic Paddington Bear. However there is much more to Paddington than that! This is a central hub for great restaurants, sleek shops and markets. For example, you will find lots of unique souvenir shops and restaurants on Praed Street which is in the heart of Paddington.
Finally, the famous Portobello Road in Notting Hill for antiques and vintage furniture is only a 20 minute walk away. There’s a reason why so many films are set in Notting Hill. The neighborhood’s cobblestoned streets weave through scrunched alleyways and richly furnished Victorian town homes, and its stylish shops and passionate antique vendors satiate design-driven appetites—Portobello Road Market is a rummager’s delight. Make sure you look out for the best doorknob shop in London. Celebrated as much for its idyllic streetscapes as it is for its cafe lifestyle and ephemeral fancies, it’s easy to understand Notting Hill's cinematic celebrity. As you can see, there is so much more to Notting Hill than the famous movie which was filmed here! There are also plenty of bars and restaurants which are busy throughout the week with young professionals and families alike.
Fancy escaping the hustle and bustle? You are also really close to Hyde park which is an amazing oasis to escape the hustle and bustle of London. Have a wander round here and round the Serpentine lake. I would recommend hiring one of the red Santander bikes and hopping on to see the whole of Hyde Park! A local tip is that if you return the bike within 30 mins then it is free to use them!
The best way to travel around London is by underground from either Warwick Avenue (8 min walk) or Paddington station (15 min walk), which also has trains to Heathrow airport and out of London. Alternatively, you can take the number 6 bus from Shirland road to travel to Oxford Street or Piccadilly Circus which leaves from Shirland Road (turn left out of the flat and turn right on to Shirland road at the traffic lights. You will see a bus stop on the left).
A great local tip is to download the Citymapper app. This free app will plan your journey for you efficiently and quickly. It gives you a variety of different transport options such as bike, rail, tube and Uber taxi. It will also take you step by step through your journey as you travel and notify you when you are nearing your destination.
