H2O villa is the optimum choice for a totally secluded and isolated holiday in Paros. As the villa is not part of any complex of houses, the house and all the facilities in the 2500 sqm plot (private pool, bbq, bar, terrace, garden, etc) are private and only for the exclusive use of our guests.

The nearest neighbor house is 15-20m away.

In respect of hygiene, there is always a one day gap for cleaning and disinfectant purposes. Also the villa is being cleaned in detail, with specialized disinfectants and all the linens and towels are dry cleaned.

Brand New Beautiful Private villa for 6 persons with three master bedrooms, a cozy lounge area, a fully equipped kitchen with a dinning table and a guest W.C.
The outdoor space is magnificent with a large private infinity swimming pool (10 meters), a shower, an outdoor W.C., a large lounge area with breathtaking sea view, a bbq, a bar by the pool and a large veranda overlooking the Aegean sea.

The concept of H2O private villa is to offer our guests their dream holidays in one of Greece's best islands. Paros is a Cycladic island with picturesque villages, blue waters, beautiful people, great food, and lots of Greek sun!!

You can also experience a lot of fun activities on the island such as, snorkeling, scuba diving, kite surfing, kite boarding, water skiing, cycling etc all in very close distances from the villa. also you can visit close by islands such as Antiparos ( just 15 min by boat) or Naxos ( 30 minutes by boat)

Night life in Paros is also a plus giving the option of different bar types. for example there are romantic bars by the sea and there are dancing clubs. So everyone can enjoy their holiday.

Traditional Greek food will just amaze you! the sea food, the fish, the amazing fruit and vegetables, the traditional dishes such as Gemista ( stuffed tomatoes) and Revithada (chickpeas slowly cooked in traditional ovens for hours) are the core of the Mediterranean cuisine, which is widely considered one of the healthiest diet worldwide. Exploring the island is great but we have prepared a detailed guide of our favorite places and experiences for our guests convenience.

But most importantly after all your fun activities, your walks in the white villages and your swimming in blue water, you can return to our villa and relax at our large sunbeds ( pool towels included) , drink a cocktail and just enjoy the beautiful sunset right in front of you.. this is our meaning of great holidays!!

We offer our guests as a gift a bottle of white wine, fresh fruits, linens, towels, pool towels,an amenities kit (shampoo, bath foam, conditioner, body lotion and soap) plus wifi, cable tv and of course we offer a lot of hospitality!!!!

Bonjour Maria, Tout était parfait. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine chez-vous. Maria est une hôtesse hors pair. Toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. C’était notre deuxième séjour dans la villa.. 5 jours l’an dernier et cette année 7 jours....et nous allons certainement y retourner! La villa ,qui est situé en hauteur, nous donne une magnifique vue de la mer et montagne... les levers et couchers du soleil sont d’une beauté! On ne s’en lasse pas. Très grande terrasse et piscine à débordement fortement appréciées lors du retour à la villa après nos visites dans les environs. Je vous recommande la location d’une voiture pour pouvoir visiter cette île qui est très belle. Les lits sont très confortables avec une literie de qualité. Cuisine très bien équipée. Je vous recommande cette villa pour des vacances reposantes dans un environnement magique! Merci à Mme Maria pour l’entretien de la villa à mi-séjour. Great villa with an amazing pool and view in Paros

We spent two wonderful weeks at the H20 Villa! This house is very comfortable, luxury, clean and well equipped, it has a lovely style and the outdoor area as well as the infinity pool are outstanding. We spent many evenings outside, enjoying the breathtaking view while having a nice BBQ. Also the contact and the communication with Maria were always perfect and her recommandations about Paros, where to go, where to eat etc. were absolutely helpful, we really felt in love with this beautiful island! Thanks so much for everything, dear Maria and George! This villa is absolutely recommendable! Monika, Patrizio, Alina, Bianca and James from Switzerland.

Une maison parfaite pour nos vacances!

À notre arrivée le père de Maria M. Georges est venu nous chercher au port car notre voiture de location n’était pas prête. Il nous a amenés à la villa et il nous a expliqués le fonctionnement des appareils dans la villa. Il est venu par la suite nous reconduire au port à notre voiture. Une corbeille de fruits, bouteille d’eau et de vin avaient été placés au réfrigérateur. Il y a une brochure faite par Marie qui nous recommande des endroits à visiter, des restaurants, etc. Avant notre arrivée j’avais demandé à Maria si il y avait un coffre-fort . Elle en a fait installé un avant notre arrivée...un geste que j’ai beaucoup apprécié. La villa était très propre : chambres, les salles de bain, cuisine. Les lits sont très confortables, la literie d’une belle qualité et la cuisine est complète si on désire cuisiner. La climatisation fonctionne très bien ainsi que le signal internet. Que dire de la piscine et de la vue! On avait hâte de revenir en fin de journée pour pouvoir en profiter. On a le lever du soleil ainsi que le coucher...avec le chant des cigales. Je recommande une voiture pour vos déplacements. Le port n’est pas bien loin,en voiture , et on y trouve facilement du stationnement. Maria a toujours été disponible et très rapide à répondre à nos questions avant et pendant notre séjour. Si on avait su que l’on serait aussi bien dans cette villa on serait resté plus longtemps au lieux d’aller à Mykonos. On aime bien la tranquilité de Naxos...c’est une question de choix! Je recommande fortement cette villa. On va certainement y retourner et pour plus longtemps. Merci Marie pour notre excellent séjour.

Beautiful villa with great views and amazing outdoor space

We had a fantastic holiday in this wonderful villa. The views were amazing over the bay and harbour of Paros. Internally the villa was exactly as described and absolutely very clean and comfortable. What a feeling waking up each morning to the views from the bedrooms. We did not spend much time inside the villa as the outdoor space is incredible, with a great sized pool and space to bbq or relax with a drink while you watch the sunsets. There is a beach within a 10 - 15 minute walk Parasporas which was good and safe for swimming and eating in the Tavernas on the beach. If you don't wish to hire a car it is a 15 minute taxi ride to the main town and buses to all parts of the island. We will most definitely be back - thanks Maria for this gem of a house in a beautiful island.
