About the property

Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac within walking distance of the centre of Pitlochry, this modern, stylish apartment has everything a busy holidaymaker needs! There is private parking for 1 car but on-street parking for another.

The comfortable lounge is furnished in contemporary greys and yellows, and contains a large screen freeview TV and DVD player. A glass dining table provides seating for 4.

The kitchen contains dishwasher, fridge freezer, electric oven, gas hob, washer/dryer and coffee maker (Nespresso).

The master bedroom with king-size bed has fitted wardrobes with mirrored doors and an en-suite bathroom, with separate shower cubicle.

The twin bedroom also has fitted mirrored wardrobes.

There is a separate shower room off the hallway.

Outside there is a fenced, dog-friendly, grassed area and a sunny seating area. The garden backs on to woodland with enchanting walks down to Loch Faskally and onwards to Pitlochry dam and fish ladder. There is a lovely walk right around Loch Faskally, passing the Boating Station Cafe and the luxurious Fonab Castle Hotel.

Such a beautiful home away from home. The decoration, furniture, attention to detail and overall quality was much more than expected. We have enjoyed the lovely walks, especially the walk around the loch - took just over 1.5 hours with two small children and lots of stops. The close location to the town centre meant that going for an ice cream in the evening was only a ten minute adventure. We hope everyone staying here after us will enjoy it as much as we have!

Fresh modern fully equipped flat, walking distance to the town and next to Loch.

The new ground floor apartment was freshly decorated, well equipped (loved the nespresso!) and cosy. Quiet and peaceful location handy for town and walks to the Loch and the theatre and dam. We enjoyed sitting on the sunny bench in front of the flat. Ground floor ramp to entrance for wheelchair access. Highly recommended.

Well appointed all that's needed for a perfect stay. Beautifully appointed. Peaceful spot but within walking distance of Pitlochry. Lots of walks nearby. Could not fault this accommodation.

Comfortable apartment

Excellent location for walking and sightseeing. The apartment is beautifully furnished and ideal for visiting surrounding area; only a short walk to the dam and walks along loch and river. Plenty of restaurants and shops in town. Recommended!

Excellent Holiday Accommodation

I was very impressed with this beautiful new holiday flat. It has every facility needed and the layout is well-designed. The location on the outskirt of picturesque Pitlochry is quiet and a short walk to the town centre. The property was spotlessly clean. I experienced one very minor 'teething problem' which I only mention so I can report that it was dealt with instantly, by the owner. I have no hesitation in recommending this property and it's owner! Pitlochry is famous for it's 'Theatre in the hills' and it's fabulous golf course. I would also recommend The Green Park Hotel for dinner - for adults.
