The pictures of this lovely flat does not do it justice. From the fully appointed kitchen(s) and bathrooms, to the gorgeous patio and gardens, this home does not disappoint! The proximity to the golf courses,town, transportation is unbeatable. Thank you June, for "opening" your home to us.

PERFECT LOCATION - OUTSTANDING ACCOMMODATIONS

This apartment was perfect for our group - three golfing couples. Our 4 night stay here was wonderful - delightful end to our 2 week cruise. We were cheerfully greeted by Tom who walked us from room to room explaining everything. There was a detailed book on operating electronics, household items and provided dining suggestions. The walk to Old Course and New Course was 5-10 minutes and walking to center of town was short as well. We never took the car out we rented. The apartment is located on quiet street and was very clean, fully furnished with everything needed, linens were excellent and beds comfortable. All in all - it was unbeatable. Perfect for family groups or golfing groups. We would stay here again in a heart beat! We thought the best fish and chips in town were at Tailend and would highly recommend a visit to Forgans as well, both on Market Street.

Location location location

Our group of 8 golfers just completed our memorable stay in st Andrews and the bunker house. The homes location was great as we walked to St. Andrews with our clubs as only a few blocks away. The shops and restaurants were also all close and walkable and we enjoyed the food at all the restaurants inc mamasita a new mex restaurant as well as a good Indian and itilian restaurant. Most of our group agreed the Kingsbarn course was our favorite of all the courses thx to June who made booking easy and arranged for Tom. To meet us at the home do walk us through the home and gave us tips about the home there is a very detailed book at the home that provides details on wifi tvs etc we did lots of laundry and found out that tree Isi a tray in the top front of the dryer that collects the water I guess because ductless and it needs to be drained after about 3 loads. Once you have been to St. Andrews and you have a group of 4-8 golfers this is the place to stay

The finest property in all of St. Andrews!

This was our second stay at 12 Howard Place and it was a great as it was the first time! June and her people are very helpful and deliver a first rate property in a great location every time. When you arrive Tom meets you to give you a full overview of the flat. He walks you through every room and demonstrates and explains everything in detail from working the fireplace to the TV system. They have their own "Old Tom" (no disrespect to Tom!)! The location is unbeatable. It is located on a quiet street with ample parking and has a lovely garden that fronts the property. You could play the first hole on the Old Course as a par five as you are about a driver away from the first tee! Right around the corner (about a 3-4 block walk) is the Dunvegan and the 1st tee/18th green of the Old Course! The accomodations are top notch. Two kitchens, two great room/lounges, spacious outdoor area (which we always take advantage of), replica road hole bunker (you have to hit at least one out of it!), beautifully appointed bedrooms, luxurious tiled bathrooms with high end showers, and space enough for people to gather together or find their own quiet niche. June provides all the service you can ask for and will work together with you to insure that you have the most wonderful time and stay. Highly recommend this property to family groups and golfers. Proximity to the Old Course, the Jigger Inn, the Dunvegan and all of St. Andrews cannot be overlooked. Thanks again, June, for a great place to stay and absorb the St. Andrews experience.

Outstanding Apartment

This apartment property is outstanding. Stayed here with 2 other couples for a week and we hope to return in the near future. It is a great property with all the amenities of being home. Simply Fabulous

I can't say enough good about is property and its owners/managers. There was literally no thoughtful detail overlooked -- from the linens, towels (warmed!), beds (one of the best I've ever slept in) to the furnishings and bathroom goodies -- everything was spot on. We were given a warm welcome and such a complete book on how everything worked that there were literally no unanswered questions. In our opinion, this property sets the standard for homes away from home!
