This iconic building in a premium location features just 37 units and a spectacular rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the ocean and Puerto Vallarta hills. Unit 503 is one of the largest units in the building with stunning ocean views from the large terrace and master bedroom. And to top it off a Jimmy Buffet Marguerita machine to make your own perfect blended drinks! We have a professional property management company onsite who will meet you upon arrival at the unit, provide full orientation of the unit/building and also can be available to provide full concierge services for your stay including airport pickup if interested (for additional charge). Just a note - you are truly in the heart of Old Towne PV in this condo meaning if you are looking for a quiet getaway vacation this is not the spot for you! This truly is "action central" location, with the local elementary school and central park directly across the street and surrounded by the best restaurants and lounges (no loud bars or buses).

Location, Location, Location, Outstanding, Outstanding, Outstanding

What can I say, this was our second time at 503 Pacifica and had it not have been an outstanding experience the first time we would not have returned. This has become our winter home for the past two winters.

I need to talk about Barb, being an Executive Manager in the Hospitality Industry

I can tell you from my personal experiences Barb not only has outstanding Customer Service skills but she gets things done. Last year I suggested to Barb it would be nice to have a barbecue on the deck and 48 hours one was there. She makes things happens and really treats those staying at their place like they are her best friends!!

As the title says it's all about the location, and it truly is all about the location. The minute you leave the building you are in the heart of the Romantica Zona. There are excellent restaurants just steps away only to be out numbered by all the great galleries and boutiques. You are in the heart of PV.

I've left the best for last - 503 Pacifica - Where do I begin , and what can I say!! As I've said it is our second home as we've spent several months each winter there. When you walk in you have a fabulous view of the ocean which is second to non but then the condo itself is an entertainers dream and without question has that WOW factor. It is furnished beautifully in warm tropical colours with plenty of space for large dinner parties which we frequently hosted or a quiet romantic dinner for two on the balcony over looking the square and the ocean. There are two beautifully appointed Master Suites with their own on-suites and plenty of closet space for our four suitcases full of clothes. For us we enjoyed the in-suite washer and dryer and the third half bath which were great perks to have but what I really appreciated was how well the kitchen was stocked with absolutely everything we needed for hosting those large dinner parties. Imagine enough of everything we needed to have 14 people over for dinner which was barbecued on that barbecue that Barb made sure we had. The condo is an entertainers dream.

All our get togethers started off with some time spent having drinks around the roof top pool. That is where the WOW factor happens again. Not only is there a great living space up there, there is a small kitchen which I used to fry those onions and mushrooms for the steaks we had at our parties

All that I can say is you need to experience 503 Pacifica yourself as my words don't do it justice.

Absolutely perfect trip for our family of four

We came back last week from the most amazing time in Vallarta at this condo. We have been to Vallarta probably 20 times over the years, staying everywhere from the Posada Roger in the early days, to the Lindo Mar, the Westin, Velas Vallarta, Villa del Palmar, Marival, etc. And this, was by far, our favourite trip.

The condo has gorgeous views of the ocean and town from the huge deck, and the infinity pool is nothing short of spectacular. It is actually bigger than it seems in the photos, and our kids could play without disturbing other guests. The area has fantastic restaurants in the immediate vicinity - in fact, we never got in a cab the entire week we were there.

As noted in other reviews, if you haven't stayed in this area before, it is definitely busy and yes, loud. Music from Margarita Grill goes until late, and the sounds of street traffic and other activities go pretty much round the clock. But that is part of the charm of staying in this area - it is vibrant and alive.

The service provided of having groceries picked up prior to our arrival was also appreciated.

Bring your earplugs and noseplugs!

This is a beautiful condo and incredible location in the dead-center of Old Town, however, the noise was beyond what was described in the listing.

The elementary school is loud with music and playing weekdays (to be expected). The City park had music echoing up nearly every morning (Zumba classes) and loud music every night. During the Sunday market there were two performances going on at a time so it sounded horrible.

The building next door had jack-hammer construction beginning at 7:00 am sharp and continued into the evening (we thought they would stop at 5:00, we were wrong). Sunday was the only day off from construction noise - guessing this should end by March or so.

In the evenings we enjoyed the live music coming from Margarita Grill below us, however, the played very loud, awful music when the performers were resting and after they finishes - well into the night! While it was perfect temperatures to have the doors of the unit open, we had to sleep with the unit closed up and AC going. Our final night (12/17) was the worst - a concert started at 1:00 AM and went until 4:00 am! It sounded like they were inside the unit!

We also reported some maintenance issues: None of the bathroom doors closed /latched. The locks were were not aligned to the holes on the opposite side. Maintenance in the building said they could not fix unless the managers made a written request. Also, upon checking in the concierge told us that the 3rd bathroom "may let off a sewer odor" and not to be alarmed. This was an understatement! We returned one afternoon and the entire unit smelled like a septic tank!

The pool deck is beautiful and the gym is well-equipped. The only surprise was that there is NOT a spa / hot tub. It is a non-heated, jetted part of the pool that simply looks like a spa. Quite a disappointment.

The booking, check-in, and check-out was simple and easy with the management staff.

Owner's Response: Hi Keith. Really sorry you had some concerns with the property. The construction noise is almost finished with the bldg to our immediate west offering possessions starting this month. And yes the children singing at school and zumba classes are all part of the downtown atmosphere. As i said in my listing this is not the location for you if you want "peace and quiet" - it is truly in the heart of everything. However it is away from the buses and loud club noises. We will have the door latches looked at immediately, and apologies for sewer gas smell in 3rd bath - it just needs the seal properly placed over the drain. Next stay you may consider Concho Chinas as a destination several blocks south or Nuevo Vallarta - both much quieter and beautiful destinations. Thankyou for your feedback.

Pacifica 503

Barbara's place was well kept and in fine condition. No problems of any kind were experienced. The roof pool is a great place to meet other owners/renters. The Pacifica is right on Basilio Badilla, the so called restaurant row. Great food is literally a few steps away.
