Large 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, sleeps five.

Large, light filled, spacious 2 bed apartment available to rent, sleeps 5. Minimum stay three nights.

Dual aspect apartment with bedrooms overlooking the phoenix park & balcony access from both bedrooms.

One double bedroom with en-suite & second bedroom with double bed & single bed. A travel cot is available on request for those travelling with a small child. There is also a large main bathroom.

Living area with balcony overlooking the inner courtyard with 2 comfortable recliner sofas flatscreen TV & DVD player.There is digital TV & free wireless internet access. Kitchen with all utensils. Separate utility room with washing machine. There is instant hot water & central heating.

There is secure parking for one car.

Precioso apartamento.Espacioso y muy cómodo.Barrio tranquilo ideal para el descanso.La parada de autobús que te lleva al centro está a menos de 5 minutos.El de vuelta te deja en la misma calle.Algunos supermercados cerca.NO hay muchos restaurantes,pero hay una tienda cerca con comida para llevar.Aunque hay urbanos hasta las 23:30 así que se puede cenar en el centro de la ciudad y volver a una hora razonable.En definitiva,nos ha encantado.

Katie y Theresa contestan pronto a los emails.Y son encantadoras.

Great place to stay

This apartment was the perfect size. It was great having 2 bathrooms. Everything was clean and just as described. The location was within walking distance of Phoenix Park and the Guinness Factory, but not within the city center - but bus stops were very close by. Theresa and her sister, Caitlin were very quick to respond and accommodating to our early arrival. I would definitely recommend!

Wonderful and super nice host

This review is for my interaction with Theresa. Although we didn't book her apartment, she was very accommodating and was so helpful. She responded to my emails very quickly and always had great suggestions when I had questions. She was also extremely patient and her emails were always kind and not pushy. We didn't get to stay at her apartment due to a friend being pregnant and wanting to be closer to the city centre for resting between sightseeing. If I would ever travel to Dublin again, I would definitely stay at her place! Thank you, Theresa!

Magnífica elección

El apartamento está equipado de lujo, está situado enfrente de la prisión de Kilmainahm, monumento nacional que se puede visitar con guía.

La situación permite ir o volver al centro en autobús o tranvía, pero siempre íbamos andando o bien a la ida o a la vuelta porque Dublín es una ciudad que se recorre con gusto.

Enhorabuena por el equipamiento y la decoración.

Great Location. Perfect for our family of five

We stayed here for 7 nights. It was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities for a family. The train station is an easy walk. Easy access to buses, LUAS and taxis. There is a grocery store nearby. A few restaurants nearby. From my initial inquiry until the day we arrived communication with the property owners/manager was courteous and timely. Ireland was a great family experience. This apartment's location provided a good base to catch a few guided tours and to explore Dublin on our own. I hoped we have the opportunity to return to Dublin in the future and if we do we will try to stay here again.

Excellent Apartment in a Great Location

This apartment was the perfect location for our first visit to Ireland. It is literally across the street from the Kilmainham Jail, one of the principle tourist sights in Dublin and also a bus stop for the Hop-on, Hop-off tourist buses, which is a great way to quickly get to know the city. It is also only a five minute walk to other bus stops, the tram line to center city, a good pub and a small supermarket. It is about a 15 minute walk to Heuston train station for trains to western and southern Ireland. Using the bus, it is only a 15 minute trip to the center of Dublin. The apartment itself is new, fully equipped, and immaculately clean. Treasa is a warm and friendly host and made us immediately feel at home. The apartment includes a space in the underground parking garage; however, the city is so easily accessible by foot and public transportation that we did not need to rent a car. We feel in love with both the apartment and Dublin and hope to return again next year.

Situated in the historical district of Kilmainham directly across from Kilmainham Gaol where In the Name of the Father & the original Italian Job were shot & the Royal Hospital Kilmainham which now houses the Irish Museum of Modern Art.

The Phoenix Park which is the largest enclosed park in any European capital city is a 10 minute walk away. Within its grounds are Áras an Uachtaráin - residence of the President of Ireland, Farmleigh House - formerly a residence of the Guinness family. Dublin Zoo is also located in the Park. Dublin Bus Tours have a stop just outside Kilmainham Gaol & that brings you to all the best sites in the Capital including the Guinness Storehouse, Christchuch Cathedral, St. Patrick's Cathedral, Dublin Castle & Trinity College Dublin to name a few.

The apartment complex is attached to the four star Hilton Hotel. The apartment is close to Heuston Station, the red luas & buses to the city centre. It's just 3km from the apartment to Trinity College.

Other Activities: Close to a huge amount of amenities.
