About the property

A quiet, self contained, open plan garden studio, situated at the bottom of a 90ft garden in London SE6. Private access via the side gate of the main house. The studio is purpose built to a high standard, is very warm and well insulated and has its own private garden and seating area, kitchen and shower room, king size bed with pocket sprung mattress and BT Superfast Infinity broadband wired/wifi connection. Ideally situated for exploring Greenwich, the Southbank and Central and East London. Train stations are a 12 minute walk away.

KITCHEN AREA

Galley style in the corner of the main room. It has a 4 ring hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, silent mini fridge, crockery, cutlery, glassware, saucepans, frying pan, salad dryer, colander, cafetiere and teapot. There is a small table and chairs, big enough for 2 people and a bookcase with a TV. The studio also has a tumble dryer. Guests are welcome to use the washing machine in the main house. The kitchen is for the sole use of guests staying in the garden studio.

BATHROOM

This is a separate room with small sink, shower, toilet, mirrors, glass shelf and vanity unit below the sink. This is for the sole use of guests staying in the garden studio.

BEDROOM AREA

King size bed with a pocket sprung mattress. Wardrobe with drawers, bedside chest of drawers with side lamp on one side and a small table with light on the other side of the bed.

TECHNOLOGY

The studio has BT super fast infinity broadband. There is a router which gives access to Wi-Fi or ports to connect directly through a wire connection.

GARDEN

There is a paved patio, with flower beds and a small table and chairs for the sole use of guests staying in the garden studio.

ACCESS

There is a side gate by the front of the main house which has a codelock. A path leads directly to the garden studio, allowing guests to come and go as they please.

The garden studio is a private tranquil oasis in London, you can wake up to the sound of birds and have your breakfast on the patio. After a day site seeing or out on the town you can unwind and feel at home, relax and recharge. Access to the property is via a code locked side gate, so it's very secure and you can come and go as you please.

What makes this apartment unique

The garden studio was purpose built in February 2016 to be used all year round. It is very well insulated and comfortable situated away from the main house at the end of a 90ft garden. Smoking is permitted outside on the patio.

The property is situated close to 2 railway stations, making it an excellent base for exploring Central, South East and East London.

Lovely stay

We stayed one week in Neil and Sandra's studio. We loved our stay! The place is quiet, intimate, clean, convinient and very well decorated. The private garden is very nice and we enjoyed having lunch on the terrace before our days. Situated not far from the Catford Bridge train station, access to the center of London was fast and easy. Neil and Susan were very welcoming and advised us on things to do. Knowing that we were coming with our baby, they were lovely preparing a travel cot, a high chair, toys and book for our little girl. We would definitively go back there next time we'll visit London.
