Accomodation in quiet neighborhood near the old town of Rhodes

The house is a neoclassic building of traditional architecture that is renovated preserving its original look. The house has five rooms, each one with its own bathroom and small kitchenette. Each room can sleep up to two or three persons including children or babies. The whole house has 5 double beds and 2 single beds and can sleep up to 11 persons. The house has a big balcony on the first floor, a main kitchen area and a garden on the ground level.

About Angelos Chatzigiannakis

I live and work outside of Greece and I use this house as a holiday home when I am in Rodos during the summer. I enjoy art and decoration and I am fond of style.

Why Angelos Chatzigiannakis chose Rhodes

This is the house that my grand-grand father built when his daughter got married. As my family grew up in Rodos until my generation this house was used as a home until my parents' generation. Now it is used as a holiday home when we go to Rodos for vacation.

What makes this house unique

The great thing I like about this home is that. although it is located inside the city, it gives the impression of being in a small village. In the garden I usually spend the evening having my dinner or socializing with my friends in the night with souvlaki and beer. Super market, bakery and vegetables shops are very near so I don't have to worry if I forgot to buy something on the way home. If I want to go out in the night I can drive my bicycle 5 minutes to the old town, so I don't have to look for a parking space. The house is very conveniently located and I love it for that.

perfect holiday

The house was perfect. Near the old town centre and, by moped you can reach the highway to every beach on the coast. The rooms were big and clean, each one with air conditioned, a fridge and a cooker. Yhe outside yard was perfect to dine all togheter but if you want more privacy, the bedrooms are far enough one with the others.

If you'd like to go on holiday with friends this house is absolutely the one you need in a perfect greek style!

The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood of preserved traditional buildings in the centre of Rodos. The building itself is a neoclassic building renovated to modern interiors preserving its traditional island architecture. Within 10 min walk you are in the Old Town entrance and St. Francis catholic church and within 20 min walk you are in the heart of the city where the restaurants and bars are located. The nearest beach is within 15 min walk.
