Situated in one of Billericays most sought after locations is our property and Annexe with its fully equipped kitchen is detached from the main house with a separate entrance and patio. The lounge has a leather chesterfield , TV, log effect fire ect. There is a separate bedroom with double bed and bathroom with a shower . Parking for 2 cars

The Annexe sits on a wonderful 3 acre plot in a semi rural location accessed by a private lane around a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk to Billericay high street or train station which has numerous quaint pubs , shops and variety of restaurants

Billericay train to London Liverpool Street takes

25 minutes approximately ideal as a base to visit the fantastic sites of London

Our bungalow has recently been refurbished with most electrical appliances, bed and linen and wardrobe brand new

The kitchen is equipped with oven,grille and hob , kettle,microwave and toaster and range of utensils also Ironing board , iron and hairdryer

A good size separate adjoining utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and air dryer with plenty room for storage

Nice place...Great people!!

Everything you need, with very nice owners on site. Two beautiful German Shepherds, Louie and Arthur. We had a car problem during our stay and owners Sue & Simon were extremely helpful.
