Best location
The location of the unit is primo.
It is on the second floor with no lift.
Parking is a 10 minute walk through town. A 30 euro/wk parking pass is available at the parking garage with unlimited access.
The bar across the street is a great place to chill at the end of the day and people watch. The downside is that it has live music or parties until 3am. And the bedroom is on the streetside. Closed windows block out most of the noise but provide no ventalation.

A spacious, clean and charming apartment.
My son had a wonderful time at Marce's apartment. It was clean and spacious with a great terrace and view of the beautiful neighborhood. An excellent accommodation.
Clean, comfortable, fully stocked
We had a fabulous and comfortable stay here. Marce was more than accommodating and provided us with everything we needed to rest well and be able enjoy the town. The location is wonderful and the view is fantastic. You can walk everywhere and see the Cathedral and surrounding area easily. If you have luggage like us, just get a taxi which takes you right in front of the apartment. It is three flights of stairs so if that is a concern for you, then do take that into consideration. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had all the essentials to cook a quick meal. Thank you, Marce!
Spacious apartment in a great location
The apartment, large, clean and well equipped, is perfectly situated for an enjoyable stay in S de C. Marce was a great host providing us with a good orientation and valuable advice regarding restaurants. Our only suggestion: with such a spacious and well located apartment the fit-out could be upgraded with better quality furnishings to add some amenity.
Great apartment in the center of a great town!
Marce greeted us, spoke good English and was always ready to help out if needed. The apartment was very spacious up 2 flights of stairs in a old building facing Cervantes Plaza.There was an elongated living room with a small balcony on the Plaza and beside it a large elongated bedroom with big windows but no balcony. The bed was very comfortable and the windows, when closed, blocked most of the noise from the plaza. We were there in October and the nights were cool. Noise might be a problem on a hot summer night if you like to go to bed early.
In the back of the apartment, down a hall, was the newly renovated kitchen and bath with windows facing a beautiful garden. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathroom had a great shower and plenty of room.
Furnishings were scarce. It would have been nice to have a chest of drawers in the bedroom. We were staying for 5 nights and wanted to unpack. I think most of his clients stay for 1-2 nights after walking the Camino. Despite that, we loved the apartment and would book it again on returning. Great location in the center of town.
