Situated on the edge of the pretty village of Bolingey, is only a 10-minute stroll to Perranporth and it's famous 3 miles of golden sands.This 2/3 bedroom, ground floor holiday apartment has been completely redecorated and refurnished in April 2017.
The kitchen is modern and well equipped with everything you need for a self-catering family holiday. There is a large lounge/dining room with a flat screen, smart TV and lounge seating for 6, dining table and chairs to seat 5 also.
There are 2 main bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with 2 single beds which can connect to make a king sized bed. There is an internal ‘dressing’ room which can also be used as a single bedroom, it has a single ‘z-bed’. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, wash basin and WC. There is also a utility area with a washing machine/dryer, dishwasher and fridge/freezer compartment.
There is ample parking at the property (private parking for the chapel residents only). There is a small area to the front of the property where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine, whilst taking in the view across the land.
Bolingey is a small village on the outskirts of Perranporth and just a couple of minutes stroll away is the Bolingey Inn, a 17th-century traditional Cornish inn with a wide range of ales, traditional food and Sunday Lunch.
Perranporth is very centrally located in Cornwall to explore the rest of the county. Truro, our cathedral city is about 8 miles away and well worth a day trip. Padstow to the north, home to Rick Steins’ Seafood Restaurant and St. Ives to the west where you can visit the Tate gallery are both only 30 minutes by car as is Falmouth on the south coast where you could see anything from small yachts to cruise ships and everything in between!
