The villa has a large living room, two complete bathrooms and a toilet in the pool area, a large barbecue, hammocks, complete kitchenware, etc.

The plot and pool area are walled, thus guaranteeing the client's privacy.

It is located in a beautiful rural area typical of the Guadalhorce Valley, in the town of Alhaurin de la Torre, less than 20 minutes from Malaga airport, next to Lauro golf, 9 km from supermarkets, Lidl, Dia, Aldi, Supersol , etc.

20 minutes from the beaches of Malaga, Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Fuengirola, etc. 20 minutes from the museums, Picasso, Thyssen, Pompidou, etc., and an average of 20 or 25 minutes from any tourist or leisure spot on the Costa del Sol. (An ideal location).

The Villa has 4 double bedrooms, and a maximum capacity for 8 people. Accommodation of 195 M2.

Wonderful villa

The villa is beautiful and had everything you need for a wonderful holiday. It was very clean when we arrived and the pool was cleaned everyday. The villa has lots of things for kids to play with like table football, table tennis, darts and basketball. All equipment was supplied. The pool area is beautiful and very relaxing, the pool is an excellent size. It has a built in BBQ and a lovely seating area. There is a small shop down the road and a restaurant within walking distance but you need a car for supermarkets or beaches. The owner was very kind and left us beers one day and a bottle of Cava on another which was a lovely gesture. We would definitely return!

Heerlijk huis met fijn zwembad en veel extra voorzieningen

Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in deze riante villa! Ook de eigenaar is altijd bereikbaar zelfs na middernacht als de stroom uitvalt! Het zwembad, de tuin en alle extra voorzieningen zoals tafeltennis, tafelvoetbal en een bar met bbq maken het geheel compleet voor een perfecte vakantie! Een aanrader!
