60 square meters size, and up to 6 people capacity, it is definitely a very special property.

At the entrance of the accommodation, a small corridor will bring you to the attic living room, which will receive you with bright natural light This living room, with gray, white and wooden colours and two Picassian sheets as a decorative element, has a charcoal gray sofa easily becoming a 190x150 bed. You will find also a wooden table for 4 people.

Along the corridor you will find on your left a independent and fully equipped kitchen and full-equipped bathroom.

At the end of the hall and next to the living room, you will find the bedroom of the apartment, also with sloping ceilings, a queen size bed of 190x150cm and views to outside, giving the room a perfect natural light.

Super Central Location

Check in process was smooth. But be prepared to walk a short way on stone streets with all your luggage from l-loft office (where you check in) to this apartment. The apartment is spacious. This residential building is quiet but the street is not. This apartment is located very conveniently close to dozens of great restaurants, bars, clubs, boutiques and gift shops. It’s in the historic centre so museums, the cathedral, Calle Larios, the marina and Malagueta Beach and many other points of interest are short walks away. If you need a taxi there are 2 taxi stands very close by. But the street is noisy with people and vehicles until very late at night. However, the bed is comfortable and you do get used to the street noises. It has a nice bathroom with a large shower. Lots of closet space. The kitchen has enough room and is supplied with basic appliances including a cloths washer.

Super Disappointing-No internet 1/3 of my stay + no answer emergency #

Please. Just don’t do it. Nightmare and zero accountability from company ProsSpacious apartment….Great location Central to everything…Secure front door Cons/Disappointments -No internet for 1/3 of my 3+ wk stay. Streaming TV or videos is not great. -HDMI outlet did not work so you can’t bring your AppleTV, Fire Stick or other service to this apartment. -Apartment not very clean. Had to was several dishes too. The two rugs are beyond disgusting. -Sofa in photo is not accurate depiction, as it has one hanging/drooping button, the other is off and the sleeper sofa doesn’t fit properly back in, so you slide back when sitting on the sofa. -No paper towels or cleaning supplies. -No baking pans, so not sure why an oven. I purposely chose this apartment for the oven. Christmas time and its a family thing to make cookies the night before. Well, except this time ☹️ -No soap for hand washing in Kitchen -Noise outside is not good. 12:30-1:30am street cleaning…every night. Part of city center charms…but the dumpsters are right outside the windows. No sleeping through. -Loud trash can pick-up 3:30-4:30am every night -Black, sticky, moldy adhesive “stuff” on the bottom of the shower. -Promised sheet change week. They did the week before Christmas. They just dropped off sheets and towels and put them on the dirty dining room table with food (shrimp guts) all over it. -The front door key (to be building) is small and was bent. Halfway through the 3rd week, the key snapped off into the lock. I immediately texted as I was concerned with people living in the building not being able to enter their home. A note was left on the door stating a locksmith was coming to fix. Actually, the note is still there. The next day after meetings in Estepona and gone 15 hours, I come home to realize I have no key to get in. Exhausted and no jacket I call them emergency number. The same automatic response number you get when calling or texting outside the hours. I reconfirmed when we chatted about the locksmith…”what if I can’t get back into my house, what number to call?” I was texted the exact

Ein super Apartment

Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Apartment! Es war sehr sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Lage ist super, direkt in der Altstadt. Dadurch war es zwar abends ein wenig laut, dies hat aber nicht weiter gestört. Der Strand, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und kleine Supermärkte sind sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein großer Pluspunkt war für uns, dass das Apartment aus mehreren Räumen besteht. Es gibt einen Flur und eine separate Küche, so konnte das Sofabett die ganze Zeit aufgebaut bleiben. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern hat sehr gut funktioniert, einfacher Check-in und Check-out, Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet und das Gepäck konnte bei ihnen abgestellt werden.
