The location of this flat is terrific, centrally located and near the tube with many restaurants and even a market for in home cooking. The flat was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was serviceable but could use an update. The counter top and cupboard doors have seen better days. Overall, we had a fine experience.

Clean, comfortable + good location in Kensington

My teenage son and I stayed here for 5 days in July on a trip to London, and we were happy with the flat. It worked well for the 2 of us - very safe, clean and bright. It has a large living room furnished with updated furniture, and a good sized TV, a large bathroom stocked with fluffy, clean towels and shampoo, soap, etc (however the tile, sink and shower could use updated fixtures) a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable small bedroom, with nice linens and pillows.

It is located in a modern-style, 3 story building, located on a very busy street and the traffic noise is quite loud in the a.m. and rush hour, but is not at all intrusive if you keep the windows and porch door closed.

There is no traditional "London-charm" to this building, but the space and amenities really make up for this. You can't beat the Kensington location - and the easy walk to the Earl's Court tube station and many restaurants, pubs and stores. We were happy to deal wth City Relay as the flat's rental services company - they were helpful when we had an issue with the washing machine and took care of it.
