Local facilities and Amenities: Ideal for a family holiday, (please note, the apartment is not suitable for families with children under the age of 11), two couples together, or even a mix of guys and gals, the Apartment sleeps 4 comfortably and is well situated close to and within 5 minutes walk of all the local facilities and amenities. Choices are limitless with two popular sandy beaches, Es Puet and S'Estanyol, with a choice of beach bars/restaurants, on the shores of the Bay of San Antonio within a five minute walk, and the centre of San Antonio with it's shops, restaurants and bars are all within a ten minute walk along the modern maritime walkway around the Bay. Other great beaches such as Port des Torrent, Cala Bassa and the twin beaches of Cala Conta are easily accessible by regular ferry services and if you want to pop in to San An for an evening out, or just chill out with a cocktail whilst watching the sunset and listening to the music of world-famous DJ's at Cafe del Mar or Mambo on the Sunset Strip, late afternoon and evening ferries cross the Bay from various quays within a five minute walk.

Watersports and things to do!: Apart from spending time on the local beaches and topping up your tan, the beach at Es Puet offers a host of watersports: supervised banana/ringo rides round the Bay, wakeboarding/water-skiing and if wanting to take your own trip, boats with outboard engines are available for rent at hourly rates. If more adventurous, parascending is available throughout the day and early evenings from various sites within the Port and there is even an enclosed 'bunjee' facility available as well as a GoKart track in San Antonio, ideal for the kids in us! From the Port,you can charter various types of boat, from speedboats to cruisers for a half/full-day and go off around the coastline, taking in the wonderful beaches and scenery or go to famous Formentera to the south of Ibiza. There are also various glass-bottom boat trips available for those who prefer to be more local.

Night-time activity is also catered for with two of the big disco's, Eden and Es Paradis, within easy reach of the apartment.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 8 days and loved every minute of it. Perfect location as only 5 mins walk from shops, restaurants and local beaches. It was furnished to a very high standard and we had the pool to ourselves nearly every day.Great value for money and am dying to stay again soon!

The apartment is located off the Avenida San Agustin, on the borders of the San Agustin and San Antonio municipality boundaries, on the outskirts of Cala de Bou, to the west of the island. Ideally situated for families, couples or just 'guys or gals', the apartment is within walking distance of all local amenities including shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, as well as being on main line bus and taxi routes. Beaches are well catered for, with the nearest, S'Estanyol and Es Puet, on the shores of the Bay of San Antonio, being within a four minute walk. Other beaches within the Bay including Pinet Playa and Playa Bella are within a ten minute walk. Outlying beaches, Port des Torrent, Cala Bassa and Cala Conta, are easily accessible by local ferries from quays located within a 4 minute walk, as is the popular centre of San Antonio across the Bay, with its host of bars, restaurants and shops as well as its night-life.
