Super-cosy 3 storey grade II listed cottage with original oak floors and panelling. Working fireplaces in both reception rooms. Yards from Deal Beach and the High Street. There are three double bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room. The property has been completely refurbished in 2017 with new central heating, kitchen, shower room and bathroom: heaps of rustic charm as well as those all important creature comforts!

The cottage features a lovely south-facing garden, walled on all sides for complete privacy and ideal for al-fresco dining if you can't be bothered to barbecue on the beach.

Plenty of FREE PARKING within 100 yards.

Dolphin Street is part of Deal's incredibly well-preserved conservation area, a joy to explore. There are three good pubs within 100 yards, the best fish and chips anywhere, and a huge choice of restaurants, delis, cafes, galleries and independent shops of all shapes around the corner (Sainsbury's and M&S too for stocking up on provisions). A few yards in the other direction is the beach, which you will find almost empty even in Summer.

Lovely characterful property in a great location

Well equipped property with a compact but user friendly kitchen. Nice outdoor space and very clean and tidy. The stairs are a little tricky to navigate but once you get used to them they are fine. Would be good to have a non slip mat for the ensuite.

I would recommend this property.

Deal is my favorite place to stay , we have been visiting it for years and alway enjoy it

The house was lovely , 6 adults stayed and there was plenty of room .Everything you needed was provided .We loved the location as its near to everything , bars , restaurant and shops .we had a fantastic time and would stay here again.

Suited our needs for a 5 night visit to family and friends - party of 3 generations stayed comfortab

Lovely cottage with everything you need and beautifully positioned. Some areas of remedy needed in the decor. Stairs are tricky and I would not suggest young children or anyone with an infirmity. Helpful vuezt accommodation provided in advance and a tasty box of shortbread on arrival. We even had one glorious afternoon and utilised the sunny courtyard-unfortunately we were otherwise subject to a lot of sea must.

A beautiful home in a lovely part of town and only a few minutes from the beach

Our stay was so lovely and the house played a huge part in that. It was modern but with cottage-like charm and character. It was warm and cosy (we visited in November) - it’d be great to go back in the summer to make the most of the gorgeous courtyard garden.

It’s a short walk from the town and the beach - an ideal location for families, couples or groups of friends.
