This beautiful 2-bed flat in a historic early 18th century house is comfortable and bright with a new kitchen and 300-year old wood panelling and original floors.

It is located in Soho in the beating heart of London's thriving theatre-, shopping and restaurant-district.

Major museums, art galleries, parks, Buckingham Palace, the South Bank, dozens of theatres, cinemas, and all the shopping attractions of Bond Street, Oxford Street and Covent Garden are within fifteen easy walking minutes of the front door.

The rest of London is easily accessible through three near-by tube stops (Piccadilly Circus, Leicester Square and Tottenham Court Road) and numerous buses.

The flat is on the third floor of a historic (circa 1700') Queen Anne house in Soho. It is newly refurbished to a high standard and has original early 18th century panelling in all the rooms.

Free wifi is available via the flat's dedicated broadband service.

The spacious living room contains a large sleep sofa, a 32'' flat screen TV, and a dining area with chairs and table sitting 4.

The large kitchen has brand new units and appliances including washing machine, dishwasher, double-height fridge freezer, electric oven and gas hob.

The two bedrooms are airy and bright and each contains a double bed (one is slightly smaller than a standard double bed).

NB : The bathroom containing a bath and WC is very compact. There is a separate shower concealed behind the panelling in one of the bedrooms.

The flat is furnished with a mixture of antique and modern furniture and has beautiful polished original wooden floors with oriental and modern rugs.

Soho is a lively area in the evening but our street is relatively quiet as is the flat.

Staying here, visitors can enjoy luxurious accommodation while experiencing the "village" that is the very centre of this great city.

We were very happy with it. It's a very lovely apartment with lots of character! The location was perfect and Flora was extremely helpful giving us early check in and late checkout which we needed due to a change in personal circumstances. Thank you.

A Charming Stay

This quaint apartment is in an excellent location with everything we needed to enjoy our two night stay. So thoughtful to also include a welcome package of milk, juice, water, jam and bagels. A great wifi connection too, which pleased our teenagers ! Would stay here again if we revisit and can highly recommend.

Great location

The apartment is charming, historical and exceptionally clean. I loved staying in a 300 year old house. It is located in a lively area, perfect for site-seeing with lots of restaurants and pubs nearby. The hostess was very accommodating with an unexpected change in our arrival time and was genuinely welcoming.

The description is spot on!. You won't be disappointed.

Our group of three enjoyed the weekend in London. Especially appreciated... We had planned to just hopefully drop off bags. We were permitted a check in at 1. Since no one was checking in on our check out day Flora suggested we just leave the bags and enjoy our final hours in London. This was so appreciated and allowed us time at Hyde Park. The coffee, bagels, milk and jam were a treat and the flowers on the table a beautiful touch. Thank you for sharing your space with us.
